Supply and Installation of Strand Ebony texture finish Acoustics False Ceilings, square edge,magnesite-bonded, 2mm wide pinewood fibre core, fully encapsulated with texture finish, Green Pro certified ceiling tile of size 595x595x15mm having volume density 400Kgs/m3, weight 6kg/ m2 suspended using 0.3mm thick T-Grid T15 metal grid system. T15 ceiling grid system of 600x600mm module includes WA15W30 with unequal flanges of 15/19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centres. Then suspend the MT15W36 with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffits lab with help of Anchor Bolt, Soffit Cleat and Suspension Rod with Levelling Clip at 1200mm centres. Extra support to be added near jointing of two MT15 so that end cantilever should not be more than 150mm. CT15W12 with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centres in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally CT15W06 with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600x600mm module. Supply and Installation of HDFR False ceiling, square edge, magnesia cement core panels of size 1200x2400x10mm, volume density 1000kgs/m3, weight 10kg/m2, GreenPro certified, installed by using Strut ceiling framework. The Strut ceiling framework system shall include Strut WC25, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 20 & 30mm and web of 25mm, fixed along the perimeters of the wall with nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at every 300mm centers. Then suspend Strut MC45, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.8mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 15mm and web 45mm from the soffit at 1200mm centers with Strut SA25, fully knurled, Suspender angle with sectional thickness 0.55mm, unequal 1 flanges of 25 & 10mm. Strut CC25, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, web 35mm, depth of 25mm and equal flanges 9.5mm is fastened to the Strut MC45 perpendicularly at 400mm centers. HDFR 1200x2400x10mm is installed on the Strut CC25 with self drilling drill tip fasteners in a staggered manner. Wooden Acoustics Panels
Providing and fixing Acoustic Wall Panelling in channelled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length of 2400mm or as per required by the Departmental Engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725 kg./m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade and finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special peforation pattern where the visible surface has a Helmholtz fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be tongue-and-grooved to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non woven acoustical fleese having NRC of 0.52. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Manufacturer approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Installation: Install aluminium box section (provided by others) of section 50mm x 25mm or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm centre to centre. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled wood works provided over the lowest and second aluminium section at an on centre distance of 600mm. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the aluminium keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing inside clips into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. Finish off the edges using wooden moulding of matching colour . Installation to be carried out by Trained Installation Team and installation should be carried out as per Recommended Procedure.

Stretch Fabric Systems
Supplying and installation of Acoustic Fabric Wall Panelling of stretch fabric NRC wall fabric system by using FR Grade NRC fabric of size 1400mm width shall be stretched by using CC 25 with infill of synthetic Polyfiber polywool 10 X 25 mm thick, rigid vinyl stretch tracks half wrap / full wrap 15mm (FS15) and midseam 15mm (FS15), strand board, synthetic polyfiber infill with requisite accessories & tools. CC 50mm is first installed on the wall along with the marking lines with metal fasteners inserted at 300mm centers. FS15 tracks to be installed on wooden base, after applying stick S7 adhesive on both surfaces for a true and continuous secure grip, and heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centers on one / both sides of stretch tracks. Strand square edge magnesite bonded pinewood fiber panels of size 600 x 2400 x 20mm having density 400 kg / m3, weight 4 kg which is fixed to wall with suitable fasteners. Sound Synthetic Polyfiber polywool 10 x 25mm thick adhered on strand panel by using Stick 7 adhesive. Fabric of width 1400mm is then aligned to the stretch tracks by following the fabric thread line or pattern. The fabric is stretched and tucked into the stretch tracks and secure into the locking jaws so that it will be smooth, free of wrinkles with the tucking tools. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.85 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department officers.
