Comprehensive maintenace,Repair and servicing of 06 Nos RO water purifier of capacity upto 25 LPH capacity & 4 Nos water purifier 500LPH capacity of any make installed at various location in N area And Hallomajra as per under mentioned detail. (i)contractor has to provide one service each month by qualified technician. (ii) All complaints shall be attended on the same day. (iii) Repair to motor,mpv panel,flow meter and membrane cleaning,replacement of any other minor spares and propriotory material ie. Descaling solution, salt etc. will be included under this item rate.

S&F Jumbo filter suitable for 500 LPH capacity of RO plant as per existing make and size after replacing old unserviceble Jumbo filter all as specified and directed.

S&F eletric driven single phase 230 volts 50 HZ raw water pump for flow rate 1200 LHP @ 3.5Kg sqcm pressure all as specified and directed. Make: CRI, Texmo.

S&F Rotational moulded polye- thylene water storage tanks of cap 1000 litre triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 25mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod and highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe all as specified in SSR Part I.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep & getting out for laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick layers of soft/loose soil complete and all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m to a distance & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified.

Taking up existing CI pipe line 200mm bore dia with fittings both end flanged or spigot and socket and led joints including burning out and recoverying lead complete all as directed. (Note :- Excavation and earth work measured and paid separately).

M&L for arresting of water leakage from existing pipe line 150 to 200 mm bore in position from DI/CI/GI pipe ,including necessary excavation and earth work ,cutting,welding as per site requirement including jointing material such as lead joint/gaskit joint/CIfitting, nutand bolts, washers and refilling etc complete all as specifide and directed. .

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pipe of size 200mm bore with socket and spigot ends, class K7, confirming to IS 8329/ 2000. In standard length of 5.5/6.0 metre, with inside cement morter lining and outside metalic zinc sprayed with a finishing layer of bituminious paint including push-on-joints. (Tyton joint) type and rubber gaskets of EPDM after taking out old unserveible DI pipe and fittings complete all as specifide and directed. Note :- Exavaction and earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately.
