Complete lump sum job work for verification and acceptance of approved DDR/design before execution, construction, installation, testing and commissioning within 8 months, followed by five-year operation and maintenance with service delivery and handover to WUS of Pressurized Piped Irrigation Network (PPIN) for providing irrigation services in Panihar-Chaudhariwas Cluster, Hisar-I and Hisar-II, District Hisar, Haryana under M-CADWM and SAMRIDHI Programme. The work includes complete piped irrigation system with pumping arrangement, pump houses, irrigation management command/control centres, Farmer Training Center (FTC) building, rising/gravity mains, branch lines, primary, secondary and tertiary distribution network, VMS/OMS, control and regulation system, electro-mechanical works, filtration system, SCADA/cloud automation, testing, commissioning, training, OandM/service delivery and all ancillary works required for supplying pressurized water for micro-irrigation in CCA 1700 ha out of GCA 1755.16 ha, complete as per approved DDR, bid document, technical specifications and directions of Engineer-in Charge. DI pressurized pipes shall be supplied by the Department/MICADA through store. The Contractor shall be responsible for receipt, storage, handling, jointing, laying, testing and commissioning of such Department supplied DI pipes. All other pipes (HDPE, MS and any non-DI pressurized pipes required under the approved scope) shall be procured and supplied by the Contractor at his own cost. Cost of Department supplied DI pressurized pipes is not included in this NS item rate / Bid Price.
