Taking down u/s LED bldg security light Tube light & recess mounted ceiling light fittings of any wattage from bldgs/ceiling of bldgs for repair/ replacement of LED drivers. Dismantling the light fitting part by part, replace the dtiver, reassemble at the existing bracket and re-fixing the same complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge (Note: LED driver will be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Supply only LED drivers suitable for Recess mounting 2"x2" LED light fittings of 36 watt complete.

Supply only LED drivers suitable for bldg security light fittings of 25/30 watt complete.

Taking down submain wiring of any size any type and in any position metalic/non metallic PVC conduit of wooden batten complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH confirming to IS 694:2010, multi stranded copper conductor (ISI marked with valid CML No), cable 1100 Volt grade, 6 sqmm size drawn in and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked with valid CML No) not less than 25 mm dia confirming to IS 14930 (Part-I) 2001, with all fitting & fixing accessories including one run single core PVC insulated unsheathed 6 Sqmm FRLSH copper conductor (ISI marked with valid CML No) colour code as a earth continuity and connected upto DB complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: (i) Two run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit and the quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface with putty to match with the existing surface.

All as per item above but for 2 single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH 1.5 sqmm copper conductor wire drawn in and including 20 mm dia conduit pipe with one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor wire as earth contineuty conductor complete.

S&F in repairs of PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator etc, with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 100x100 mm and 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7 above but for size 175 x 100x 50 mm deep

M&L for painting on wall with synthetic enameled paint of black colour of 300 x 300 mm size and writing work for earth test result with date & year with white paint all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) vertically, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I connecting to earthing test.
