Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 meter above ground and removal of rubbish up-to all lead and lifts, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Cutting in earth work by mechanical/manual means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 and sorting out useful and unuseful materials and transportation of the unuseful materials for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load, and mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of all surplus excavated earth/soil upto approved dumping site, which shall be arranged by the contractor at his own, and shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils, such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, by blasting or chieling and pumping bailing, dewatering where ever required etc. complete and lift up to all heights and then clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm, layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to approved dumping site , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Any loss of Govt.and private property during the execution of work shall be the absolute responsibilty of the contractor.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. upto plinth level. for mass concrete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (c) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Stone work in plain ashlar in super structure upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (One white cement isto Two stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade :- One face dressed, White sand stone, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. weepholes 100 mm diameter pipe in brick masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls,retaining wall extended through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm (Five milimeter) thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete. With 12 mm alumimium U beading , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm (Twenty one milimeter)thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/ beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm (Fifty into Twenty five into Two milimeter) using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. Providing and fixing 10mm (Ten milimeter) thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx10mm (Six hundred into Six hundred into Ten millimeter) manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm (Twelve milimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

White/Colored glazed tiles/Dado tiles 8mm (Eight milimeter) thick in skirting, risers of steps and dados laid on a bed of 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement. (300x600mm) (Three hundred into Six hundred ), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 100mm (One hundred milimeter) thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick cement plaster 1:5 (One cement isto Five coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm (Six milimeter) thick cement plaster 1:5 (One cement isto Five coarse sand) finished rough with sponge , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections including cutting,hoisting, fixing,in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint . In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings in all heights, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete PVC Plain bend 110mm (One hundred ten milimeter) dia, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
