Round the clock operation and minor maintainence of 2 x 5 MVA, 66 / 11KV sub station, transformer centres and their associated HT& LT switchgears, control panels, batteries, Operation of DG sets, UPS systems, auditorium AC plant, Roof top SOLAR plants operations and etc,. by deploying qualified personnel including reliever as per the detailed scope of work and terms & conditions indicated / enclosed in tender document.

Supply of Blue silicagel crystals used for Power transformer breather application of various transformers at 66 KV substation, 2 MVA TC and other 11 KV substations. (The crystal size shall be got approved before supplying to the site )

Supply of silicagel Breathers of the following capacities used for power transformer conservator tanks and OLTC tanks of different ratings like 5 MVA, 1.5 MVA, 1 MVA TC at various substations. (The size and other mounting arrangement shall be suitable for the existing transformer breathers as required. Hence the vendor may visit the site before supply to the site.)

Supply of Charcoal used for reconditioning of existing old earth pits to improve electrical earth values, for pits installed at 66 KV substation, 2 MVA TC,750 KVA/600 KVA/100 KVA DG rooms and Centralised UPS rooms as required at CSIR-NAL, Kodihalli campus. (Minimum weight of the each bag shall be of 40 Kg)

Supply of Rock salt used for reconditioning of existing old earth pits to improve electrical earth values, for pits installed at 66 KV substation, 2 MVA TC, 750 KVA/600 KVA/100 KVA DG rooms and Centralised UPS rooms as required at CSIR-NAL, Kodihalli campus. (Minimum weight of the each bag shall be of 50 Kg)

Supply of the following voltage grades, metal crafted, Electrical Caution Danger boards, made out of MS sheet with suitable thickness and suitable size to display as per norms of Central Electricity Authorities(CEA) with neat back ground painted in white colour and visible texts shall be in bright red coloured, written in 3 languages- Kannada, Hindi and English used for electrical substation panels with requred provision of hanging mechanism as required. (Stickers are not acceptable, the Caution boards shall be got approved by the site engineer before supply to the site).

Supply of Danger/ work in progress /Caution safety barricade tape of size 3 inches width, made of suitable grade plastic, with White and Red coloured Text as per industrial safety applications of reputed make as required. (Minimum continuous running length of each roll shall be of 200 meters)

Supply of sound proof Ear MUFF to be used at DG set operation areas of make: Snug / 3M / Walker's / Impact / Mpow or its equivalent reputed make as required. (The manufacturing date of the ear muffs shall not be older than 1 month at the time of supply)
