Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material including all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40mm. including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr. incl. disposal of surplus excavated earth incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 min width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, leadupto50meterand lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering. shuttering, finishing & reinforcement-All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/H.L.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work incl. straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding upto plinth level Cold twisted bars all complete

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for·

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, incl. cutting,hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates & similar works.

Providing and laying dry stone agg. using 40mm nominal size incl. spreading, levelling,sand grouting, watering, ramming, etc all complete including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying 75mm ( 15 % Red, 15% Yellow & 70 % grey ) thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with cement sand mortar 1:4 mix etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying including digging, carrying by lorry, filling River Bed Material including watering & consolidation in layers to specified lines, camber, grades and cross sections. Finished work including material, labour all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying 60mm ( 15 % Red, 15% Yellow & 70 % grey ) thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by M.T / H.L.

Labour to be engaged for site clearance by way of removal fo malba and drain clearance before execution of work
