Taking up or down Steel Tubing 15mm bore (dia) and Connections, segregating the Serviceable Pipes and Connections, stacking properly at Site(s) and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down Steel Tubing 20mm bore (dia) and Connections, segregating the Serviceable Pipes and Connections, stacking properly at Site(s) and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Repairing of RCC Projection, Chajjas, Roofs Facia, Column etc, upto Double Storey Building height adhering proper safety precaution and including necessary preparation i.e. scraping, cutting, chiseling and cleaning exposed reinforcement surfaces of damaged, loosed RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggre-gate) and reinforced with welded wire mesh in patches area, complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE : Cost of Form work and welded Mesh shall be deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V section in all existing roofs or terracing, Cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight), complete all and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab laid to required slope ,roof kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls/Concrete Surfaces mixing with WPC as per Manufactures instruction, Plastered Surfaces finished Fair and Even, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC shall be Measured and Paid for as ‘Supply only’ separately under appropriate Item.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS and/or as approved, complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement concrete of any description and any posistion not otherwise specially provided for including Taking down existing Treatment of any thickness over RCC roof by scrapping/scrubbing/brooming down.,etc. Cleaning loose dust etc and removing debris to a distance not exc, 50 Meter, and depositing where directed by Engineer in Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughning of surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping slean and washing down with water to remove dust,debris.,etc including Brushing Neat Cement Slurry with 3.0 KILOGRAM of Cement PER SQUARE METRE complete all and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for Applying Bitumen Primer @ 0.4 LITRE PER SQUARE METRE on Plastered Surfaces including applying APP based Polymeric Membrane minimum weighing 3.0 KILOGRAM PER SQUARE METRE and minimum 3.0mm thick reinforced with Polyster Non-wove Fabric (weight not less than 160 GRAM PER SQUARE METRE) laid on primed surface by Torch application method, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Steel Water Tubing 15mm bore (dia), Galvanised, ‘medium grade’ with all Fittings, fixed on Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors or any other situation, complete as all specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Steel Water Tubing 20mm bore (dia), Galvanised, ‘medium grade’ with all Fittings, fixed on Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors or any other situation, complete as all specified and as directed.

Fixing old Steel Tubing 15mm bore (dia) and Connections (Serviceable Pipes and Connections obtained from Item No. 01 here-in-before) in new or old position (Walls, Ceiling, Floors, etc.) including cleaning both inner and outer surfaces of Pipes by using Wire Brush including provision of new GI Connections (as required/ ordered at Sites), complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing old Steel Tubing 20mm bore (dia) and Connections (Serviceable Pipes and Connections obtained from Item No. 02 here-in-before) in new or old position (Walls, Ceiling, Floors, etc.) including cleaning both inner and outer surfaces of Pipes by using Wire Brush including provision of new GI Connections (as required/ ordered at Sites), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered Cement Concrete Coloured Tiles 250x250x22 mm thick machine pressed , Set, Jointed and Pointed in Neat Cement Slurry in Roofs padding, laid over and including 15 mm thick Cement Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

M&L for Preparing new or previously untreated Plastered/ Concrete Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of weather coat Exterior paint (in Camouflage pattern) with approved tint over a coat of primer (as manufacturer instructions), complete all as directed by Engineer in Chrage.

Disconnecting Existing Tanks of capacity exc 250 & not exc 500 Liter setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repair roof padding etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in postion after repairing of roof, complete all as directed.
