Demolition of brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins ,arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' old size bricks/ tiles straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor etc by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water and fanning dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kilogram of cement per square metre, all as specified

M& L for 10 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface with water proofing compound as per manufactures instractions including fair finishing to top surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-(Water proofing will be measured and paid separately)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 10 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on surface of concrete or ceiling fair finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over wall putty 1 to 2 mm thick and one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing new plastered surfaces of ceiling chajjas facie etc. and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old brick tiles/RCC padding including mud phuska and removing from site and clean the surface of roof, with cleaning with water and remove dust, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, band, bed plates and similar items including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throughting and including form work required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L (i) Preparation all joints and change in direction shall be covered with cement mortar 1: 3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement and curved before laying membrane & appying a coat of bitumen primer membrane 0.4 ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 degree 'C' 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 CPS till the surface properly impregnates and insolvent oil primer evaporates completely. (ii) Applying a coat of blow 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (iii) Applying polymeric Polypropylene polymer membrane "APP" (Atactic poly propylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick not less than 3.6 kg/sqm with 160 grams/sqm not woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 overlap in length using butane torch with 10 cm over laps which shall be thermo fused by flame (iv) Applying course of one coats of aluminium paint over the APP membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered/concrete/brick surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated surfaces including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks capacity of tanks exc 250 ltr and n.exc. 500 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning & removing all dirt and scale from tank and also from outh of pipe completely as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Distmantling unserviceale/cracked water taks and removing from site capacity exc 250 ltr n.exc. 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or beddding layer of CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick Vitrified Ceramic tiles, Light shade, (square/rectangle) Polished area of each tile n exc 0.36 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured printed tiles (first quality) of size 350 mm x 250 mm x 7 mm/450 mm x 350 mm x 7 mm thick as in vertical surface, dado/skirting, over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/easing of wooden door any type, glazed or panelled, by triming the side of door/cutting from bottom of shutter and refixing in the same opening etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.50 sqm n. exc. 4.00 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforcement with square tube complete all as specified and directed
