Supply of 80mm thick Precast cement concerete Interlocking paver blocks with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. Cement smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant: manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro- compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30Mpa (M-30) confirming to IS: 15658-2006 including cost of material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in- charge. as per technical specification

Disposal of extra earth/dismantled material within 10km distance.including loading , unloading & cartage as per direcion by E/I.

Dismantaling of CC Ramp/Floor including disposal of dismantaled material within 10km distance as per direction by E/I

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form for lintels, beams plinth beam, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Drain Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil (loam, day or sand) i/c lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavaled earth in to the trenches or into the side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as per direction by E/I.

Providing and laying of cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 cement 4 C.sand 8 40mm stone balast) including supply of all materials labour T&P etc.complete with form work as per direction by E/I.,

Class 150 Brick Work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (FM 1.50 to 2.00) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work & as per direction by E/I. SOR 20-21 6.1.2

12mm thick plaster in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (F.M. 1.50 - 1.75 ) mortar, single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering including internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth No extra for mixing any additive with neat cement finished as per direction by E/I

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and including necessary centering & shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item. SOR 20-21, 5.2.2

M..S. or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work.. 2% of RCC Qty
