Note for Serial Item No 2.1 to 3.1:- (i) The Lumpsum quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of Excavation and Earthwork required to achieve plinth height of 450 mm from the highest ground level or Point 'A' mentioned on drawings. In case the RL of highest point is not available directly from the contour plan given, the RL of the same shall be mean of two adjacent contour. (ii) The work to be executed as per actual RL of highest point and the difference between the actual RL and RL derived as per note (i) above (if not directly available) shall be regularized through deviation order.

Supply and fix Ceiling fan (after assembly the same) with the fan hook box, 1200mm (48") sweep and connecting up complete with and including modular regulator and three core copper conductor flexible of 0.5 Sqmm cross sectional area, of required length from ceiling rose to connector box of fan complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fix exhaust fan, single phase, light weight, plastic body, 225mm sweep, 1400 RPM including fixing of mounting frame in the round hole, including cutting in the wall and making good to the disturbed surface, by means of rugged bolts, nuts and washers etc, including three core copper conductor flexible of 0.5 Sqmm cross sectional area, of reqd length from ceiling rose to procelain connector box of exhaust fan all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells/Bajaj/Khaitan/Usha.

S & F Fluorescent tube light fitting, surface/pendent mounting, 1x28W, 230V, Energy Efficient T5 and including T5 Lamp, Box type, PVC body channel, with electronic ballasts, bipin holder, connector block etc. complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. S & F Fluorescent tube light fitting, 2x28W, 230V, Energy Efficient T5 and including T5 Lamp, Box type, epoxy powder coated CRCA sheet housing with reflector cover channel, with electronic ballasts, bipin holder, connector block and incl square block etc. complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix of CFL light fitting 1x11 watts, 230 volts surface mounting luminaires white powder coated CRCA steel sheet housing with reflector and detachable blast tray,with lamp holders, ballasts, connector block, etc complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with twin twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size including CFL lamp complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix MCB TPN 6 to 32 Amps 415 volts, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.
