Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof padding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturere's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only water proofing compound liquid @ 200 ml / per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs ,or mud stops round or chamfered on edges complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of RCC roof slab by removing dust, dirt & applying bituminous primer at 0.5 ltr per Sqm & providing 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm including min 10cm side/over lap complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement (and removing rust with flex after 24hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper) and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement with existing reinforcement as directed wherever required binding RCC 100mmx100mm (10 gauge welded mesh) & tack welding after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 1 part of sika latex or equivalent in Forsoc/BASF/Dr Sunanda with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, coverage of sika latex shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 mpa, After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guiniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary potland cement 43 grade and 2 part of Ghagger sand mixed with adhesive /admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floting with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guiniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in cement 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement cleaning and removing of waste material etc complete all as specified and directed. ( Welded mesh & addl reinforcement if required measured and paid separetly) Note: Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building.

M & L hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length, bent to shape required of mild steel wire mesh / welded mesh and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia binding wire S & F in reinforcement weight not exceeding 4.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 marble powder : 2 marble chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the marble chippings complete all as specified and directed. (Payment for providing grooves shall be made seperately). (Note :- Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building and deploy skilled labourers to execute the work)

M&L forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under laying including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the grooves all round as per approved pattern. Providing and fixing at site Factory Made 24 mm thick 100% Solid WPC (Wood polymer Composite ) Plain Jali cut on CNC machine of approved design & measured size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 57-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and natural Fibers ( Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded ( Inner ) with density not less than 650 kg/cbm manufactured by an ISO 9001 - 2015 Certified Company, having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 2000 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ), Minimum Compressive Strength of 50 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free.Water/ Moisture Proof, Fire Retardant and fixing with stainless Steel butt full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws. All as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge, Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work described in item Nos from 1 to 37 shall be executed in bldgs up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements, trestles, ladders etc and hessian clothes for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Note :- Arrangement of any required machinery / tools required for removing debris from terrace to ground and then remove to outside MOD land, will be made by the contractor and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Note :- Before commencement of work, The contractor will ensure that water supply from water tanks to the respective quarters should not interrup during execution of work, For the same the cost for any required fitting / accessories is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

Removing building demolished materials / old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc on alternate day to a distance 5 km or beyond out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L uprooting of plants (girth n.exc 15 cm of trunk to any height of plants) grown along the pipes or walls, chajjas, parapets and roof of bldgs and making good the surfaces as per existing surfaces and pouring acid not less than 100 ml for each plant in the root to avoid further growth as directed. Any other grass plants etc below 45 cm height shall be deemed to be removed from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid Frames/ Chowkhat of approved colour, size 65x100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company complete all as specified and directed. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable.
