Applying one coat of alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Providing, fitting and fixing powder coated pressed steel door frame made of 1.25mm/ 1.6mm thick sheet of various sizes with necessary hinge jamb, lock jamb, head and steel base ties at the bottom of the frame. The whole frame shall be welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means with base ties of pressed mild steel angle of size 20x20x1.25mm thick. WATER PROOFING Providing and applying over roof/ raft slab, two coats of waterproofing slurry prepared with cement, fine sand in prop 1:1 admixed with modified acrylic polymer like Cemflex of Sika India Ltd./Dr. Sealkit Sealcrete (Asian Chemicals),/ RHEOMIX 131 OF BASF by brush @ 0.25% of cement-sand mixture (by weight) after proper surface preparation (surface preparation including thorough cleaning of surface to be measured and paid separately) as specified & directed by the Department complete.

Providing Grouting in R.C.C. walls & slabs by drilling holes @ 300mm c/c upto half of the wall depth in zigzag manner or as per drawings using a drill machine and fixing a nozzle of 20mm dia. for injecting a grout/ grout slurry till the refusal of injected grout material from adjacent nozzle (grouting operation pressure shall be in between 2 to 4kg per sq.cm.). Followed by cutting the exposed nozzle so as to make the wall free from the grouting pipes and to seal the gap with polymer modified mortar as specified and directed by the Department complete at all levels. Providing plinth protection with bricks flat laid in cement mortar 1: 4 and finished with 15mm thick cement plaster in prop. 1:2 with a floating coat of neat cement finish.

INTERNAL ROAD: Construction of Sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 (including compensation of earth ). Providing and laying of inter locking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with cement concrete paver blocks as per IS 15658-2006 of thickness 80mm and 28 days compressive strength not less than 30 N/m over a layer of bedding sand of compacted thickness 30mm, laid either in stretcher/ running/ herringbone pattern of bonds as directed by the engineer and in proper level and grade and compacted with appropriate equipment such as plat vibrator along with spreading of a thin layer of joint filling sand to fill up the gaps between blocks including construction of edge restraint wherever required complete as per drawings and Technical specification clause 1504 of MORD.
