(But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supply of 36 W, recess mounted , 2'x2' size LED Light Luminaire in neutral white colour with powder coated CRCA housing with IP 54 protection along with all accessories like heat sink, reflector, glass cover etc. complete suitable for operating at 230 V,50 Hz, single phase AC supply as per specifications.

Supply of 30W (Minimum) LED Highbay light luminaire producing minimum 9000 Lumens with CCT : 5700K having suitable optics to give beam angle 110 degree , Pressure die cast alluminium Housing and having toughended glass with IK07 and protection of IP66 complete assembly.

Supply of 10-12 W, 1200 Lumens, extruded aluminum body LED Tube Light baton Fixture (T8/T5) Complete with all accessories etc. complete as required suitable for surface mounting indoor applications.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supply of 1400 mm sweep, 5 star electrical ceiling fan with 02 Module electronic step regulator complete with down rod, canopies, ball bearing, motor, blades, capacitor etc. and suitable for use on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supply of 300 mm sweep, Exhaust Fan complete with ball bearing, motor, blades, etc. and suitable for use on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. Upto 450 mm sweep

MV Panel (TTA PANEL)

Design, Fabrication & Supply of Totally Type Tested Panel (Form - 4B Construction) complying to IEC : 6143B-1/2 cubicle type LT panel, with internal arc withstand as per IEC : 61641 for 50 KA for 0.3 sec and minimum impact resistance lK09 / lK10 as per IEC : 62262, cubicle type body made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet,totally enclosed, IP 42, floor/wall mounted with channel base frame, dust and vermin proof indoor, compartmentalised, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50 Hz AC, 50 kA / 1 sec. system with extensible bus-bars on both sides, making electrical & mechanical interlocking arrangement between incomers & bus-coupler beakers including control wiring with 2.5 sq mm size wires/cable, interconnection, duly powder coated painting etc. induding supply & installation of following switchgears,metering instruments and accessories as per specifications. Entire panel shall have a common Copper earth bar of size 50 mm x 6 mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud.

Incomer

2 Nos. 630 A, 4P MCCB, Microprocessor based release (lcs = lcu = 35 kA) with inbuilt O/L , S/C & E/F protection as per specification and each incommer shall be provided with following accessories.

1 Set of phase indicating LED lamps with 2 amp back up MCB.

1 No. Digital MFM meter and 3 Nos. Cast resin CTs of ratio 630/5 A, Class 0.5 accuracy and 10 VA burden digital multifunction meter suitable to measure voltage, Ampere Frequency, Power Factor, Measurement of KVA/KW/kVAH/MDI, Individual Odd Hamonics for voltage and current including THD with RS-485 port.

SPD with 63A 4P HRC fuses of 100 kA breaking capacity. For connecting SPD minimum 10sqmm copper wire must be used & length of connecting leads shall not be more than 500 mm for per mode connection including all necessary accessories. EARTHING WORKS

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of intelligent addressable multicriteria detector {Smoke + heat (fixed and rate of rise) } with unique optical sensing chamber, visible LED, fully coated circuit board, superior RF / Transient protection suitable for 2 wires loop connection, complete with plug into common separate base & housing constructed of LEXAN (or polycarbonate) complete with connections etc..
