Schedule 'A' -Part I (B/R Portion)

M & L for chipping removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

M&L for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete, Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer confirming to ASTM-B-117 on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Carry out application of 'Bi-polar migratory corrosion on concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying structural grade prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conforming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 =1-MONOBOND, 5-Cement, 15-Sand) in damaged areas in 20mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 =1-MONOBOND, 5-Cement, 15-Sand) in damaged areas in 40mm thickness in two layers (Each layer 20 mm thick) including leveling profiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter and applying protective coating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep hole in structural members at the interval of 500mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes - Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles - Insert 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing . Cure the system for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles - Cut the nozzles by chiser after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including mixing of material. Mixing of materials :- Mixing of material components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting maintain the pressure at exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural element @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles (Beam and columns) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M-40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear Anchor as per specification complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- 1.Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. 2.Rates including jacketing, formwork and Micro concrete

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V'section not exceeding 5mm in existing roofs walls by using machine cleaning the groove to remove all loose laitance & washing with water applying crack filler with the aid of a putty blade compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric (not exc 4 kg) complete to wood or steel member all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 26 Gauge all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1 : 4 : 8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate Cement concrete as in Sub base all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick as in floorings finished even and smooth and laid in bays of 1500 x 1500mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glass dividing strips,3mm thick and width of strip in 38mm flooring of slab work etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membranes with features as specified weighing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm reinforced with oven polyester fiber @ 160gm/sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40kg/sqm by torching the membrane and sealing the over lap by 100mm length side 150mm width side all as per manufacturer instructions including joints and changes in direction be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex@ 200ml bag of cement curved well before laying membrane all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.
