Civil work related to Access Control System In IUAC

Earth work in excavation (all kind of soil ) by manual/mechanical means including backfilling of excavated earth around concrete / wall foundation in layers of 8 " each layer duly watered and compacted

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 fine sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including the cost of centering and shuttering.

Removing/cutting in small piece of heavy stone piece (weight approx. 100 kg. & 1.2 mtr. x.6 x .45 mtr size) from proposed site.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) above ground and up to max. Height of 2 mtr.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including the cost of centering and shuttering.

P/F 15 mm cement plaster of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) on brick work

Excavation of holes up to 0.50 cum including getting out the excavated soil as specified in DSR.

P/F steel section e.g. angle iron, tee section ,M.S plate, C-section , Nut -Bolt , fastener etc for works in wire mesh frame etc including cutting, welding , hoisting, fixing in position and painting with a coat of zinc chromate primer including 2 Coats of PU enamel paint of approved make and shade .

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing (Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm ) of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. sliding door bolts of size 300x16 mm with nuts and bolts/welding etc. and painting with a coat of zinc chromate primer including 2 Coats of PU enamel paint of approved make and shade complete.

Providing and fixing ISI mark oxidized M.S. D-Type handles (125 mm size) conforming to IS:4992 including nuts, bolts/welding etc. and painting with a coat of zinc chromate primer including 2 Coats of PU enamel paint of approved make and shade complete

Wall tile work with 8mm thick wall cladding tile (GRC permanent finish concrete tile ) up to 0.5 m height with special adhesive over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of appropriate colour to match the tile shade.

P/F barbed wire fencing of galvanized steel as per standard specification and design as shown in drawing ,weigh not less than 100 gm /meter ,tied to existing M.S angle with binding wire /welding .Barbed wire length to be measured for payment purpose

Painting (Two or more coats on new work) with synthetic Polyurethane PU based enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Tile work with 18 mm thick floor concrete tile ( GRC permanent finish concrete tile ) with cement over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) ,including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of appropriate colour to match the tile shade
