Part - II - Mobilisation, Hiring and Demobilisation of Jackup Barge and Marine Spreads for the work
Mobilization of Jackup Barge, of adequate capacity and suite the site condition, as working platform and required marine spreads to the site, including equipment and machineries, of adequate capacity & capability, as per equipment plan (refer Annexure IX), such as Piling Rig, mobile / fixed crane, floating barges, staging, lighting equipment, DG sets, supply vessels, work boats, batching plant, mixers, vibrators, and any other enabling structures required for execution of project, including cost of equipment, hire, running, charter, transportation, tools & plants, machineries, insurance, port charges, taxes, duties & levies other than goods and service tax, labour charges, etc., complete. Under this item, the cost of mobilisation is inclusive of multiple time mobilisation required, as per the construction methodology, during the entire contract period.

Providing and laying design mix concrete of M40 grade for RCC works in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, mainland river sand and Portland Slag Cement confirming to IS 455, adding approved plasticizer as per design mix bored cast-in-situ RCC piles of 1200mm / 1000 mm dia by using tremie with hopper arrangements, excluding cost of fabrication, fixing of reinforcement , but including cost of cement, stone chips, mainland river sand, Plasticizer, cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, compacting, screening and washing of coarse aggregate and mainland river sand, transportation charges of all materials to the Work Site, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipment, cost of all tools & plants etc. complete. (The design mix shall be provided by the contractor from the approved Govt. laboratory). [Only concrete quantity between founding level and specified Pile cut off level will be measured & paid for. The concrete cast 0.6 m (min) above specified pile cut off level including overflow concrete will not be payable].
Dressing / chipping of the RCC pile head of 1200mm / 1000 mm dia including cutting of steel liners & trimming of extra concreted pile above the designed cut off level and exposing the reinforcement to receive fresh concrete for beams, bracing, pile caps etc., bending the reinforcement for new works, staging including cost of all equipment, access & staging, scaffolding, all labour charges, minor tools etc. complete.
Fabrication, Supply and transportation of ribbed tor steel reinforcement with a minimum yield strength of 500N/mm2 and minimum elongation of 12% or equivalent confirming to IS 1786 with corrosion resistant element for Fabrication and fixing of reinforcement cages as per drawing for bored cast-in-situ piles 1200 mm / 1000 mm dia as per approved drawing/as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including cost of fabrication, fixing dowels, shear ties, straightening, cutting, bending, binding, tying, lapping and welding in position, lowering of reinforcement cage in position, wherever necessary with black 18 SWG annealed binding wire, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site, cost of binding wires, all T&P required for the work and minor tools etc. complete.

Fabrication, Transportation, Erection and Commissioning of Offshore Helideck of approved size and capacity to facilitate day time operations of helicopters with rotor diameter up to 14.0 m, including the support structure, anchorage, fixtures, fulfilling the statutory provisions stipulated by DGCA. The scope includes detailed design, drawings, procurement of all materials, fabrication of members, galvanising, application of approved anticorrosive coating, transportation from workshop to site, erection at the site, markings, installation of wind socks, friction test, preparation and submission of helideck manual, assisting DGLL for obtaining licence from DGCA and assisting DGLL for successful completion of first landing & take-off operation of a helicopter. The cost shall be inclusive of all material, cutting, welding, workmanship, packing, loading & unloading, storage, transportation from workshop to site, access, staging, lighting, tools & equipment, machineries, erection charges, hire & running charges, POL, insurance, port charges, taxes, duties, & levies, etc., complete. The cost shall be exclusive of any statutory fees to DGCA, hiring & running charges of helicopter and associated charges for successful first landing and take-off operation. The Payment will be made as per the weightage of activities and completion of respective activity. (Refer clause 7.3).
Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:1:2 grade for in-situ PCC works in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using 20mm coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, mainland river sand and Portland Slag cement confirming to IS 455, in under water concrete works by using tremie with hopper arrangements, including cost of cement, stone chips, mainland river sand, cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, compacting, screening and washing of coarse aggregate and mainland river sand, transportation charges of all materials to the Work Site, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipment, cost of all tools & plants etc. complete.

Supplying, Installation and Testing of Cast Iron bollards of 40 T pull capacity confirming to relevant IS specifications with all fixtures such as anchor bolts, nuts and washers, painting including fixing the bollards in position on the proposed structure, fixing the anchor bolts with template arrangements at the required locations at desired level and alignment as directed by Engineer-in Charge, including cost of bollards, anchor bolts, nuts & washers etc, painting with anticorrosive paints (02 coats), cost of transportation charges of bollards and bolts to worksite, Welding charges, testing and certification, all labour charges and minor tools, etc. complete.
Design, Supplying, Testing and fixing of suitable fenders of having Energy absorption capacity of 50 kN-m with Not to exceed reaction of 50 kN as approved by DGLL including cost of fender with all its accessories, fixing charges, all labour charges, transportation charges up to site, testing and certification and all tools etc., complete.
Supply, fabricate, transport, handle and erect in position stainless steel handrails for approach structure and Lighthouse tower using 50 mm dia. seamless pipes and toe plates using stainless steel conforming to SS316 including profile cutting, assembling, hoisting, fixing in position, welding, inspection as per specifications and drawings including cost of all materials, fitting charges, all labour charges, transportation charges and tools etc. complete. Providing and fixing factory made UPVC doors with frame (single rebate) made out of single piece extruded solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62 mm width & 32 mm thickness, frame will be mitred &Jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm & PVC solvent cement, and 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S.tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mmx 1 mm, painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm x 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement &self driven self tapping screws of size 100mm x 8 mm. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over back errod of approved size and quality, all complete as per approved drawing conforming to CPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting on interior & exterior surfaces of Technical Building and Doors & windows at all heights with three Coats of approved epoxy based Paint over a coat of suitable primer of approved first quality and colour ( Both Paint & primer same brand ) to give an even shade including applying for smooth finishing etc, cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and foreign matters, sand papering, etc., Supply of all labours, materials, scaffoldings, Jhula/ Rope, Bosum chair etc ,tools and plants, transportation charges and all other charges etc., complete.
Providing and laying matt finished Vitrified tiles in floor of size 600 mm X 600 mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Including cost of all materials, water charges, labours, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, tools and plants and all other charges etc., complete.
Supply, fabricate, transport, erection of Mild steel works made of structural steel shapes, plates, anchor bolts and built up sections conforming to IS 2062 E350 including profile cutting, assembling, hoisting, fixing in position, welding, inspection and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and top coat of minimum thickness as specified in the specifications made of approved paint all as per specifications and drawings including cost of all materials, fitting charges, all labour charges, transportation charges and minor tools etc. complete. The cost shall include all fabrication, transportation of the steel structure assembly in part or as a whole, lifting using floating crafts and cranes, erection and fixing on the concrete structure with appropriate supporting arrangement, base plates and anchor bolts etc complete.
