M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width and otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coats of oil bound distermper after complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces or un plastered old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete.

All as per item No.9 here in before but on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of exiting surface & rewriting letters or figures (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian) n.exc.30cm high with synthetic enamel paint incl.repainting of number plates complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge

M&L for Preparation of old coloured/painted plastered surface by broming and scraping down loose portions and making good by applying 3mm layer of birla white putty, scraping with sand paper to uniform surface and applying 02 coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make: Asian/Berger).

M&L for preparation of old corrugated decorated surfaces of AC Sheets by brooming down or steel brushing, scraping down, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts etc. and applying one coat of water emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick plaster in two layers (10mm+5mm) rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and clearcolle for priming to distempering and applying two coats of distemper oil emulssion white or tinted, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of RCC chajjas including facilitate in cutting of reinforcement and removing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including quoins and arches all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching, coping etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC 1:1½:3 type A-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas etc. and the like including 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge incl necessary scaffolding for ground floor and Ist floor.

Disconnecting existing water tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. cleaning etc and hoisting , reconnecting and refixing in position all as specified in SSR for capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 Litres.

Disconnecting existing water tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. cleaning etc and hoisting , reconnecting and refixing in position all as specified in SSR for capacity exc 500 & n exc 1000 Litres.

S & F in repairs 20mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

S&F in repair 20mm dia gunmetal gate valves with iron wheel screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections for removal to store.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for removal to store

S&F 15 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade for flush pipes, water supply pipes etc., fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors. (Make - Jindal/Zanith/Tata)

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep including for inserting TMT bar as required length and shaping horizontal/vertical face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars of any dia metre as in reinforcement and or stirrups binded with binding wire complete all as specified.

M&L for texture painting by making of base with approved chemical of approved design thickness not less than 3mm and applying requried coating of plastic painting of approved designs using asian Ist quality paints. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Grubbing up bushes or trees trunk of girth and area n.exc 10sqcm, including cutting of tree/bush grown in/over walls, roofs, anywhere in buildings, digging out roots including trunk protruding over ground, filling holes, and levelling off ground and making good the disturbed portion of wall with plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including matching the existing finishes and removal of tree/bushes from the site,including cutting out natural vegetation plants with grown up wall or in roof and making good the damaged portion to match with the existing ; including removing of serviceable materials to a distance n. exc 50m and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for perparation of old decorated concrete surfaces of road side curb stone by complete removal of existing treatment by applying water and scrapping of entire thickness of existing treatment with using steel scraper and thereafter applying two coat of coloured road paint (Yellow & Black in alternate layer) over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width and otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st Quality) on guard posts 8.0 to 10m staging of new or old surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment (Steel framed Guard posts upto height 10.0m) complete all as specified and as directed.
