Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns,piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS :3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm ), with necessary accessories and screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc.complete - 125 X 75 X 4 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked, anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc complete - 300 X 16 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. Complete - 200 x10 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc, complete - 125 mm.

Providing and fixing of 65 mm Godrej Navatal lock of 7 levers with 3 keys etc complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round,square or rectanglar hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete - electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes.

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing complete.

Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson /Asian ) in all colours and shades , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x600 mm.

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 18mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound , laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.5mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness, zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling / self tapping screws complete - Crimp curve.

Provding and fixing 1/2"tk Daikin mineral false ceiling tiles prima fine fissued regular edge or equivalent having fire propogation test of 'class O' as per B.S.476 part 6, with a flame spread of class A of US federal spec. SS/S/118B. Thermal conductivity at 0.045K cal/mhc of JIS A 1412. Noice reduction co-efficient (NRC) of 0.55-0.6of ASTMC 423, light reflectance of LR 1(>75% os ASTM C 523) CAC at 36 of ASTM E 413 and asbestos free and humidity resistance of RH 99% of size 600 x 600 mm with interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanized at 170 gm / sqm) with pre-finished in baked polyster paint, consisting of main runners of size 24x33 mm T-sections made of 0.27mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and secondary T hot dipped galvanized steel section of size 28x24 mm made of 0.27 mm tk (minimum ) sheet with pre finished in baked polyster paint to be interlocked in between main runner at 600 mm centre to centre to form overall grid of 600x600 mm laying 15 mm thick mineral fibre false ceiling tiles in the grid suspended by hanger rods 60 cm long with bolts @ 1.2 m c/c including cutting /making openings of services like fittings, diffusers, grills, smoke detectors, etc including providing necessary wall angle of size 19 x 19 x 0.45 mm on all four sides including scaffolding etc., complete- ceiling upto 6.5 m heights.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin, rafter and truss etc.,

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

20mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Demolishing lime concrete manually / by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) - Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 grade I type II, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P.brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings- Pre - laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of5.50 mm thickness.

Disposal of building rubbish and unserviceable dismantled materials upto 5 Km radius. The rate include incidental charge transportation by mechanical means loading and unloading etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
