Design, Supply, Installation construction, testing and commissioning of 15 KW (AC) ON GRID Solar Power Plant with following items all as specified and AS directed.

a) PV Modules: 15KW Mono Crystalline Solar Modules 325Wp(Nominal), 72 Cells, Voc:45.0V5,Isc:8.08A,Vmp:36.15V,Imp:8.30,Efficiency not less than 15.5%, Tempered Glass thickness 4.0 mm,Junction Box IP 65, 4T with 3 Diodes Make: Zintech/Luminius /Tata/Axxon

b) On Grid Inverter: 15KW Transformer less 3 Phase Inverter of 15 KW,230V,50 Hz Capacity, having separate MPP Tracker with SPD 1+2 with Class 1 &2 Surge protection devices having efficiency 98%, Graphical Displays+ LED, interfaces with Ethernet.USB,RS485,SO Output, Suitable for ambient temperature -20 to +60 Degree Centigrade, Protection IP65, Fuse Protection DC input Plus and minus, Overvoltage Protection Type 1+2, Night Consumption not more than 1.5KW, with LAN Monitoring System. Inverter must have data logging facility. Make: ABB/Delta/Kaco/SMA

c) DCDB Suitable Array Junction Boxes to connect Strings of panels, IP 65 Protection,1000V DC SPD TypeII,With MC4 Connectors,Earhing Gland with Terminals blocks d) ACDB Grid Interfacing Unit Having 63A,25KA,4P MCCB,40A,25KA,4P MCCB and 415V AC SPD TYPEII,80/5 Amp CT,3 phase multifunction Energy Meter,earth Gland,Terminal Block and IP 65 Enclosure complete in all respect as required. ACDB must have net metering and solar meter facility for monitoring of generation. Makes for internal components: ABB / L&T / Hansel / Connectwell / OBO / Lumberg / Kappa / Havelles / schneider /Secure/HPL/Genus as per approved Drawing.

e) Structure To Support the PV Modules, Well designed Non Metallic GRP Material has to be used with Glass content min 60% made with Special Polymeric Resin with resistance to saline water, Air and acidic fumes, Expected Life Span:25 Yrs, Tensile Strength and Flexural Strength should not reduce more than 7% after 1000 hrs exposure to accelerated UV, Tensile Strength: Min 300N/mm^2,Flexural Strength: Min 300 N/mm^2,Compressive Strenght:Min 150N/mm^2,Shear Strength: Min: 20 N/mm^2,Barcol Hardness Min 50, Specific Gravity:1.8-2.0 designed to handle wind speed of 170km/Hr, with Civil foundation and leak proof mounting Fasteners and GI Nut Bolts and Washers.Make:- Ercon/Axxon/MAENG . Also complete plant will be installed at ground level and necessary civil work will be needed in scope of contrator for mounting PV Panel structure.

f) Cables and wires Suitable DC & AC cables for connecting complete system as per approved drawing at site. AC cables length upto 50mtr will be considered. g) Earthing and Lighting Arrestor Suitable GI Earthing to Solar Structure as well as inverters with provision of Lighting Arrestor Note: (i) This item is inclusive of design. Supply installation testing & commissioning for 15 KW (AC) Solar Power Plant all necessary item complete all as specified in above item. (ii) It is further clarified that work shall be supervised in all respect by Employer or authorised consultant as per terms and condition of tender with full specification. (iii) On call maintenance and monthly cleaning of modules

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation,etc n.exc 10sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out. In soft/integrated rock all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe - 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both end, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexanonal or square nut,but length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long. Diameter of shank will be 10 mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT CRS bars 8 mm cut to length bent to shape required including cranking and binding with MS wire n less than 0.9mm dia but for stiffener of chain link fencing all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing with 3mm dia, Galvanished steel wire and size of mesh 75mmx 75mm weight exc 2.0 kg per sqm and nexc 2.50 kg per sqm all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, mesh, size and type to any of strands, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks,type C-5, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces & apply two coats of synthetic paint over one coat of Red oxide primer surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces & apply two coats of synthetic paint over one coat of Red oxide primer Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or grith, not otherwise description all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick for Rock all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated rock to a distance exceeding 250m and n exc 500 m depositing where directed all as specified and as directed

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe - 290GdeE - 165 all as specified and as directed.
