Annual maintenance of various 132 KV Substation Transmission Lines under ETD II Aligarh

Regular tower to tower ground patrolling & tower top patrolling whenever/wherever required of approximate 100 Km. following mentioned 132 KV lines. Patrolling work consists of detection of the defects like missing/theft tower members, hot point, punctured/flashed over insulator disc, dislocation of vibration dampers/ damaged conductor/earthwire, checking of foundation/stubs and position of trees in the corridor of 27 meter of the lines. Patrolling shall be done regularly on Bi-monthly basis i.e 6 time in a year. A. 132 KV Harduaganj-Khurja line- LILO @Anoopshahar road- 50 Km. B. 132 KV Sikandrarao-Boner Line -33 Km. C. 132 KV Sikandrarao-Hasayan line-14.8 Km. D. LILO of 132 KV Hathras (Meetai)- Jalesar linne @ 132 KV S/s hasayan - 23.75 Km.

Opening /cutting of nut-bolts of remaining cut pieces of tower members stolen by miscreants to be opened/cut safely with the help of gas cutter/hacksaw blade including all required labour and T&P for proper completion of work satisfactory.

Fabrication & fixing of tower parts/members from scrap Galvanised MS angle including cartage of steel angles from the substation store, punching holes, proper tightening of nut & bolts, punching & chamfering of bolts at different locations of above transmission line.

Tack welding of new nut & bolts.

Strenghtening/Replacement of damaged jumpers at tension towers.

Replacement of damaged/punctured insulators string at different tower locations including cartage of material from store to work site of the above line. (a) For suspension string - 5 Nos. (b) for tension string - 5 Nos.

Lopping,chopping and cutting of trees branches in the 27 meters corridor of above line and stacking of above cuttings at proper place far from the line.

Repairing of damaged ACSR Panther conductor by using repair sleeves.

Preventive maintenance/ breakdown maintenace of damaged/broken Panther conductor by binding & fixing Mid span compression joints including lowering down of conductor and Mid span compression joints and restring of the same up to 3 Km.

Providing single tension fitting for removing of damaged dead end at tension tower including de-stringing,re-stringing,tensioning,clamping, jointing etc. of panther conductor including of hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardwareand accessories.

Preventive maintenance/ breakdown maintenace/tightening of damaged/broken/loose earthwire up to 1 Km.

Manual checking and cleaning of Porcelain/Composite polymer insulator strings at cross arm and removal of bird nest from cross arm of tension/suspension towers.

Emergency patrolling of 132 KV lines in the event of tripping/breakdown to find out fault location and type of fault.
