1.00 Providing and fixing of Pre cast Cement concrete Chattari at 1 st floor terraceof the building , The chhatri shall be made precast cement concrete by using the reinforcement and having the carving and Nakashi work of superior quality as shown in the drawing. The chattri shall be have four side part of size 1000x1100 mm above the square portion of chhatri the round gumbad shall be of 1000 mm diameter and the height of gumbad shall be of 730 mm and above round gumbad a spike of cement precast concrete 320 mm . The total height of chhatri from bottom to top of spike shall be of 25370 mm. The chhatri shall be projected at junction of gumbad al around 210 mm. The work shall be carried out as per given drawing. The rates are inclussive of Cement cponcrete, centering and shuttering , reinforcement , plastering the surface with 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Fine Sand) including fixing in position at terrace.
