Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer)modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrene,black finished reinforced with non woven polyster matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrene @0.40 lit/sqm by the same membrene manufacture of density at 25 degree celcious........do...... of E/I DSR 14.91.1

Supplying, fitting and fixing good quality, well dressed and well seasoned sal wood work in chaukhat in doors, windows skylights, fanlights and C/W celetial windows openings, including wedge over all clamps complete including application of two coats of wood preservative of approved quality on the surface butting walls and lintels all completeas per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 32mm , thick good quality well dressed and well seasoned sal wood fully paneled shutter in doors and window with 20mm, thick panels with one side plain and other side chamfered with aluminium fittings such as hinges, sliding door, bolts, tower bolts, handled or rings, hooks and eyes, cleats, sand blocks as per schedule, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting, and fixing M.S. Grill made of 20X6mm M.S. Flate as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
