Disconnection and taking out, reinstallation and connection of spilt AC of any capacity after carry out the following maintenance/servicing task :- (a) Cleaning of Air filter with vacuum cleaner (Pressurized air) & washing of the fins using pressurized water by using portable pump for AC servicing. (b) Cleaning of complete AC unit by hand blower removing dust complete (For split AC indoor out door unit) (c) Servicing blower motor complete. (d) Complete job for a particular AC shall be carried out on prompt basis and no part work shall be left for next day. (e) The split AC before servicing shall be covered with 'closed type horizontal air conditioner wash bags' for insite servicing at critical locations.

Taking down carefully ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep of any make from existing fan hook and refixing in same position after necessary repairs incl connecting up with flexible twin core cable 23/.0076 from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spares / parts to be replaced and rewinding shall be measured and paid for separately against respective item of this schedule.

However, on request, company's Engineer / mechanic shall also be called for to attend the defect and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Maintanence, cleaning and servicing of RO plant for 11 months having capacity 1000 ltrs/hr by checking of electric wiring, changing of PVC pipes of any sizes, changing of filters etc incl complete servicing of membrane (three times) front and reverse feeding with the help of salt, chemical and servicing of carbon filter and paper filters complete all accessories upto satisfication of Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) Parts / PVC pipes shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'. However, the labour element is included in unit rate of this item. (ii) Each Paper filter and Woollen Filter shall be changed once in every month upto 11 months (iii) The unit quoted rate shall include the cost of anti-scaling chemical, Sodium Hydroxide (iv) In case, the contractor desire part payment, the same shall be calculated on the proportional basis for the actual work done.

Supply only following spares for providing in RO plant :-

Paper filter and woolen filter (Paper filter for filterimg out 5 micron particles and woolen filter for filtering out 10 micron particles) Note :- Each paper filter and woolen filter will be changed once in every month and upto 11 months

Taking up / down water heater (Geyser) of capacity 25 ltrs operating on 230 volts AC electric supply, in any position and of any make, after disconnecting all electric connection and hot and cold water connection, and including transportation to the contractor 's workshop for repair and and back to site, after repairing, general cleaning with suitable detergent and making fully serviceable and fixing back. in same location / position or new location all as directed. Note :- (a) Replacement of any un serviceable parts required for making the geyser serviceable shall be measured and paid for seperately as "supply only" under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only stailnless steel inner tank suitable for 25 Ltrs geyser of any make /shape with any number of holes for fixing geyser assembly.

All as per item No 113.00 herein before but for geyser of capacity 50 ltrs.

Supply only syphon assembly of stainless steel 6 / 8 / 9 holes type suitable for 25 ltrs capacity geyser

All as per item No 115.00 here-in- before but for geyser of 50 ltrs capacity.

Supply only heating element 1000/1500/2000 watts capacity of any shape /type with rubber gasket ISI Marked

Supply only thermostat suitable to adjust the temperature from 0º C to 80º C all as directed ISI Marked.

Supply only neon indicator lamp of any shape / size / colour all as directed.

Supply only rubber gasket of thickness 5 mm for geyser assembly of 06/08/09 holes all as specified.

Supply only the bottom inspection cover plate in two pieces with suitable openings for indicator lamps, power cable entry with rubber washer etc, gauge of plate not less than 18 SWG for 25/35/50 Ltrs capacity geysers of any make/ shape all as directed.

Supply and fixing 3 pin plug top 15 Amps, with back plate bakelite suitable for 230/240 volts AC supply all as directed.

Supply only rubber ring of existing size to the lower and upper housing of geyser, any make / size all as directed.

Supply only outer MS shell complete inluding top and bottom suitable for 25 Ltrs capacity geyser of any make, shape & size as per existing but gauge of sheet not less than 22 SWG all as directed.

All as per item No 124.00 here in before but for geyser of capacity 50 ltrs.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable stop valve /NRV/ Bip tap of any size / make and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing angle stop valve, chromium plated, brass fancy type, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down , screwed for iron pipe or for union, suitable for 15mm bore pipe, fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing bib cock without flange (foam flow), cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type, screwed for iron pipe or for union, suitable for 15mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs PVC connection 15mm bore 450mm long in any position with both end brass nut with inner threading and washer suitable for cold water connection complete all as directed .

All as Srl item No.129.00 here in before but for hot water connection

Taking down carefully old U/s sub main wiring of any type /size including conduit and conduit accessories and making good the disturbed surfaces all as directed. Note :- 3 run of cable shall be taken as one unit for measurement purposes

Supply and laying sub main wiring complete with 03 runs (Phase, Neutral & Earthing colour code) of single core 4 sqmm FRLS copper conductor cable PVC insulated multistranded and sheathed LT 1100 V grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia 2.00 mm thick ISI marked fixed on wall /floor etc with accessories duly connected with earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Cost of cutting chasing and making good to disturbed surface all as to match with the existing surface are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) 3 run of cable shall be taken as one unit for measurement purposes

Supply and fixing as in repairs single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top 2 pin and earth complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps all as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair wireless addressable smoke detector with battery , testing button, LED & all mounting accessories for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair wireless addressable electronic hooter with inbuilt transmitter cum red flasher with sounder & red ABS plastic enclousure , with back up facility in case of power failure complete all as specified and directed .

S&F as in repair wireless intellegent addressable manual call point (MCP) , break glass type with hammer complete all as specified and directed .

S&F as in repair wireless addressable main control panel with display & alarming sound with back up facility in case of power failure complete all as specified and directed.
