Material and Labour for point wiring complete with 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded, copper conductor FRLS grade cable of 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit, ISI marked, not less than 25mm bore with conduit accessories concealed on wall and ceiling/roof etc, with provn for fixing modular metal flush boxes not less than 1.2 mm thick of suitable modules, concealed in walls with modular white plated cover 3mm thick as top cover fixed with screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, including provn of 4.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 volt grade,multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) Modular metal flush boxes concealed in wall with suitable cover plate for mounting switch, sockets, regulator etc. and cost of cutting chases & making good as existing to disturbed surface with cement mortar, if required any shall be deemed to included in the quoted rates. (ii) Modular fittings/fixtures such as switch, socket, regulator, etc., shall be measured and paid separately as under relevant item.

Supply and Fixing sheet steel metal enclosure single pole & neutral with a 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB SP 20 Amp, 240 volts ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation/fixing, testing and commissioning of Venture slimline Tower AC of capacity 2 TR (ton), 3 phase, AC, 50 Hz, with auto restart, dehumidifier, cooling power 6200 watts, compact size, superior style & aesthetics suit, noise suppression technology including rotary type compressor with indoor air flow (Hi/Mi/Lo) CMH 900 (dimension: 962 x 665 x 435mm); Outdoor air flow CMH 2700 (dimension: 850 x 585 x 370mm), Refrigerant type Eco Friendly R-32, dual control (both from the units panel controller as well as the LCD handset , remote ), with time & temp display, antibacterial coating, dyhumidifier etc; including all the copper pipes any length, PVC pipes any length , other accessories reqd at site for fixing of ACs Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install voltage stabilizer for automatic operation with digital voltmeter to monitor in/out voltage with time delay and bypass switch, single phase, thermal overload protection, low & high voltage cut-off protection, LED indication, IC controlled, naturally air cooled indoor type and design for input variation between 170 volts to 250 volts with output output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for distribution board, vertical, made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof, double door, VTPN 4 way, 415 volts grade with insulated rated bus bar assembly with isolated neutral bar,door earthing, earth bar IP- 43 protection with poly urithene (PU) gasketing, IK-08 Mechanical impact resistance, door earthing flush to wall, including testing suitable for fixing MCCB, MCB TPN/TP/SPN/SP etc; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing MCB single pole 5 to 32 Amps, 240 volt, 10 KA, C curve with IP-20 protected terminals including contact indication window for visual indication and safety of operator, IP-20 protection, energy limitation Class-3, airflow channels on both sides, bi-connect terminals etc., complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing MCCB triple pole and neutral (four pole) 80 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, having thermal setting range 70% to 100% and adjustable magnetic setting and breaking capacity 16 KA including making incoming and outgoing connections ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying in trenches/drawn through pipes or in road crossing/paths/drains/along poles etc., of XLPE insulated, armoured with multistranded aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS-7098 Part-I (1998), heavy duty (LT UG cable) conforming to IS-1554, 1100 Volts grade of size 120 sqmm 3½ core nominal cross sectional area including connecting up using suitable size double compression copper gland, testing and commissioning ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Excavation, earthwork & cable protection etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

All as per ser item No. 8 above but of size 35 sqmm 3½ core

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying cables and getting out in soft/loose soil and in road cutting ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material/surplus soil not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying double wall corrugated (DWC) high density poly ethylene (HDPE) of size 100mm dia including all necessary fittings, PN-4 rating, pressure 6 Kgf/cm², conforming to IS-16205 (Part-24) with high ring stiffness & cursh resistance capacity, etc., laid in trench for protection of submersible flat cable ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified), LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK), outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars 500 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 sqmm ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with the following accessories:- (a) Bus Bar 250 Amps capacity - 04 Nos (b) MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps 36 KA at 415 V - 01 No. (Outgoing) (c) MCCB 4 pole 63 Amps 25 KA at 415 V - 02 Nos. (Outgoing) (d) MCB SPN 40 Amps C series 240 V - 06 Nos. (e) Digital Voltmeter 0 to 500 volts - 01 No. (f) Digital Ammeter 0 to 200 amps with suitable CT's - 01 No. (g) RYB LED indicator - 01 Set NOTE - All MCCB's shall be thermal magnetic settings type.

Material & Labour in repairs earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5metres below normal ground level, connected to GI strip of size 32 x 6mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board/LT feeder panel including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in alternate layers with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit made of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore up to 7.5metres length from earth electrode including testing ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) Earth lead and protection pipe beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and Paid separately. (ii) On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply and Fix Bus bar panel made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated with angle iron base made out of 40x40x5 mm thick angle iron grouted in PCC 1:2:4 complete with MCCB 125 Amp 25 KA 4 Pole 415 V as incomer, and bus bar of cap 200 Amps 04 Nos mounted on hygroscopic epoxy insulators duly drilled and fixed with GI nut bolt washers hinged door size 600x500x250 mm (LXHXD) ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and Labour for cutting of road surfaces for laying of cables and redressing complete after completion of cabling work Complete all as speicfied and as directed by Engineer-in--Charge.
