Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, including removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm thick followed by 5mm thick plaster) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete finished even & fair all as specified and ad directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for preparation of new plastered external wall surfaces of any description over 10 cm width / girth and including applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint, exterior grade (100% acrylic) of approved shade over one coat of alkali resistant primer including necessary putty for smooth surface as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint on surfaces of walls.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces for three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying a one coat of cement base paint on surfaces of walls.

M&L for preparing old decorated surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smooth soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified.

M&L for old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down moulds, mass and efflorescent salts and greasy spots and applying one coat of white washing on walls all as specified.

M&L for preparing old decorated surfaces of ceiling by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smooth soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered surfaces including and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old plastered decorated surfaces of external walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smooth soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of any description over 10 cm width / girth and applying one coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint, exterior grade (100% acrylic first quality) of approved shade as per manufacturers instructions and also maintain the bldg no. as per existing font style and size with enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old wooden painted surfaces exceeding 10 cm width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

M & L for preparing of old painted steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparing of old painted steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width/girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint of approved shade complete all as specified and as directed

French polishing one or more coats on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on old work.
