Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per technical Specification Clause 302.3(Manual should be used where machines cannot be deployed due to site condition)

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 303.5.2

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads , transporting to site , spreading , grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead.

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement with M40 grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80 mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage

Road Marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area,thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications.

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.
