Note: For Sr no 1 and 2 above, quoted Rates are deemed to include (a). provn of one number of internet lease line (100 mbps and above) in the name of GE (AF)Subrato park , for connecting main and DR server. The initial and Monthly charges of rent for lease line will be paid by contractor till completion certificate is issued, after that it will be paid by Deptt. (b). Any other requirement of hardware/software which is not mentioned specifically but required to make the system functional (c) The work shall be executed by OEM of meter (d) Payment gateway in the server shall be responsibility of contractor.A three party agreement shall be held to make the gateway functional.Three parties shall include department,OEM and concern bank.

(e) contractor shall install software developed by manufacturer of meters in system and develop the app so that consumer can recharge prepaid meter through mobile apps, debit/credit card and net banking. The feeding of generated code in display unit through blue tooth or typing in display unit. Software shall have provision of generating refund to consumer in case of posting out and contrator shall provide physical Token Based Authentication Tool as keys to Deptt with specific rights of operating system and fixing tariff slab per unit of electricity in meter. It shall have interactive user interface for meter data viewing and report generation for effective data management and automatic meter data export facility, along with CMRI (Meter reading instrument) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -In-Charge.
