SCH 'A' PART-I

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick wall finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Camouflage Pattern) over one coat of anti fungal primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall by complete removal of existing shade and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (camouflage Pattern) over a coat of anti fungal primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel , plain, black sheet 0.63 mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, hole punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc as required as in cover of crumple joint.

M&L for drilling hole in concrete wall and fixing of MS frame as in cover of crumple joint with hilti wall fastener 6mm dia and 50mm long at a distance of not exceeding 1m complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured & paid.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping / filling, complete including necessary form work.

Dismantling of old used concertina coil of any size including neatly coiled in rolls for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only concertina coil of 600mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only concertina coil of 600mm dia or as required in 6 coil in strech of 1 mtr length for fencing work, straining and fixing to angle iron/barbed wire with and including necessary clips for each bundle of coil for securing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Item includes for fixing of new concertina coil against item No. 1.14 and old concertina coil dismanteled against item No. 1.13 above.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Cleaning of old septic tank/manholes/soakage well SWT and internal pipe connections etc by removing accummulated sludge, silt and brick bats and waste materials including sludge water and removing to a distance n.exc 50 mtr deposited the same in excavated pit, of appropriate size and covering the pit with excavated earth including disinfecting the covered pit by bleaching powder all including excavation of earth pit, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation of pit and covering the pit with earth shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Cleaning of sewage line with bamboo splits or any other suitable device by taking out blocked accumulated sludge and all foreign material complete from man holes and removing the same to a distance not exc 50 m depositing sludge in excavated pits covering the pit with excavated earth and disinfecation the covered pit with bleaching powder and excavation of pit complete as required including testing for easy flow of effluent by passing water for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) drain pipe, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation of pit and covering the pit with earth shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

All as per item No 1.19 here-in-before but for 160mm PVC (SWR) drain pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blocked WC, floor trap, Nahani trap, gullytrap etc. removing all sludge, brick bats, foreign particles etc. and finally cleaned the WC, floor trap, Nahani trap, gully trap with cleaned water, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil as in foundation of manholes and SWG pipe line, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m from starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition or breaking of 160mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in drain pipe of 160mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F 160 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socket, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors,complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in manhole cover and similar work, complete all as secified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC nominal mix (1:2:4) , type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landing, cover slabs (for man holes septic tank soak well etc) chullah hoods, chajjas water troughs, manholes, shelves and similar article, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, and binding with and including mild steel line (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type B2, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded agregate,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm aggregate in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) - Rough finished surfaces of concrete - Flat, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining wall, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc - Flat, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone agregate as in sub base to drain ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in surface channels and drains TypeC2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded agregate finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement incl form work ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC Type B2( 1:2:4)(40mm graded aggregate)as in surface channel and drains,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations/drain, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter - Rough finished surfaces of concrete - Flat, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC Type D2 (1:4:8)(40mm graded aggregate)as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC Type B2( 1:2:4)(40mm graded aggregate) 75mm thich as in paving, path etc complete all as specified and as directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion camouflage paint over one coat of antifungal cement primer after complete removal of old surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of weather proof camouflage paint after preparation of old existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion camouflage paint over one coat of antifungal cement primer after complete removal of old surface complete all as specified and as directed.
