M & L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cracking bending hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement of fencing posts, columns, plinth beams in fencing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required,including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for form work to soffit of slab flat not exceeding 200mm thick horizontal or sloping rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound,Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and directed. Make:Tikitar or equivalent ISI marked.

M & L applying two coat of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling including preperation of the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm th PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cu. m. per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on top of roof mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately).

Providing precast cement concrete louvers, and jallies 25 mm thick type B-0 12.5 mm thick graded aggregate (measured solid) including all mouldings set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
