Through packing of B.G. rail track up to a sleeper density of M+4 or 1540 Nos per KM (any kind sleepers ) observing all stipulations laid down in IRPWM which include opening sleepers, packing, squaring, slewing to proper alignment, boxing & dressing ballast to proper section

Shallow screening / overhauling of B.G. track up to a sleeper density of M+4 or 1540 Nos per KM (any kind sleepers ) to provide effective slope for quick drainage of rain water from track & disposal of screened muck to a suitable site designated by engineer-in-charge within 100 Mtr. lead from work site. Through packing post over hauling is obligatory, boxing and dressing of ballast section as per IRPWM

Through packing of points and crossing 90 R/52 kg 1 in 8,.5 or 1 in 12 with any kind of sleepers as per IRPWM specifications, lifting of required to remove sags is inclusive

Shallow screening of points and crossing 90 R/52 kg 1 in 8.5 or 1 in 12 with any kind of sleepers as per IRPWM specifications. Through packing & post shallow screening is compulsory including boxing of ballast spacing of sleepers to requisite profile

Oiling and graph ting of fish plated joints of 60/52 Kg rails incl. Points and crossing as per IRPWM Reclaimed oil a graphite. K oil etc. to be arranged by contractor at his own cost

Over hauling of level crossing in running conditions of track incl. Approaches 3 Mtr. On either side including dismantling of road blocks, opening of sleepers, lifting of track, overhauling of stone ballast incl. Asphalting of check blocks & bolts etc. and again fixing of road blocks to make fit for road and rail traffic

Changing of CST-9/PSC sleepers damaged or unserviceable ( any type) of B.G rail track.

Changing of sleepers of points and crossing 90 R/52kg 1 in 8.5 or 1 in 12 ( any type),

Changing of rails 90R/52 kg in running track. a) Railway yard. i) Against accident/renewal

Changing of rails 90R/52 kg in running track. a) Railway yard ii) Face changing.

Changing of rails 60 kg in running track. b) RTP Block Section. i) Against accident/Renewal

Fixing check rails including flaring of ends 90 R/52 kg ( any type).

Cutting of rails 90 R/52 kg with hexa blades

Drilling holes in 90R/52 kg rails 29 to 31 mm dia and any other dia as per direction of Er. incharge

Changing tongue rails/stock rails 90 R/52 kg ( any type),

Changing crossing 90 R/52 kg 1 in 8.5 or 1 in 12 with any type of sleepers

Daily patrolling of entire track of GGSSTP Railway yard and block section from Ropar rly. Stn. To GGSSTP rly. Stn. for identification of track defects and tightening of loose fittings. The total equated track length is about 42.772 Km

Weeding of grass /wild growth from the B.G track and cess around upto 90 cm from toe of ballast including points & crossings and remaining area in Railway yard and slopes of RTP Block Section

Cleaning of pucca drains in the GGSSTP Rly. Yard incl. Lifting of drain covers and replacement of drain covers after cleaning. Waster material will be disposed as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning and oiling of slide chairs of points and crossings set complete 1 in 8.5 or 1 in 12 ( any type) to make the free movement of point.

Day to day mtc. of railway track which includes the following works depending upon the requirement of site:- Daily checking and adjustment of points and crossings for proper operation and locking arrangements. Picking up of slacks and low joints. Additional monsoon patrolling round the clock to check flooding of track. Mtc. of embankment such as filling of gharas/rain cuts. Upkeep of dead ends. Maintaining proper track geometry. Realignment of curves by stringing method. Mtc. of cushion Boards /speed limit Boards including painting and rewriting (paint & brushes etc. will be supplied by the Board.) Providing trolley men whenever required Mtc. of railway gates at 4c and 5c level crossings. Reconditioning of point and .crossing whenever required Any other job as per requirement of site.

Deep screening of pumping/blowing joints including recoupment of store ballast 65mm (Ballast will be supplied by PSEB at site) packing ,squaring of sleepers including disposal of strainer much on sleepers of embankment or as directed by Er.-In-charge including profile of stone ballast as per IRPWM including cutting of cess for proper drainage of rain water

Supply of hard clean stone ballast confirming to Indian Railway specifications

A) Supply of 65mm hard clean stone ballast from Bharatgarh quarry to GGSSTP railway yard conforming of railway specifications including re-handling and laying of stone ballast in railway track for boxing and profiling as per railway specifications

B) Supply of 65mm hard clean stone ballast from Bharatgarh quarry to GGSSTP Block section from Ropar to GGSSTP including re-handling and laying of stone ballast in railway track for boxing and profiling as per railway specifications..
