M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment) precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil as in any type of soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 12mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class R.C.C. pipes of 600mm dia with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L Moorum /red bajri filling in floors or laid in layers exceeding 15 cm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast RCC Drain (M-35) of size 590mm width (nominal) and 660mm deep 2000mm long and effective width of 450mm x 450mm with wall thickness of 75mm, including TMT Fe 500 reinforcement 8 dia main bars @ 200 mm c/c and 8mm dia distribution bars @ 250mm c/c all as shown in drawing excluding drain covers and grouting with cement slurry complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Precast drain shall be placed over the PCC 1:4:8 (paid in relevant item) with proper slope.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 (Cement 1: Sand 4) below the Precast RCC drains complete all as specified and directed.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old carefully XLPE Cable any type and size completely and taken as schedule of credit & making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core cable connection lugs, glands, jointing materials etc laid on wall, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core cable connection lugs, glands, jointing materials etc laid on wall, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, tubular poles or laying of pipes, or for removal/laying of cables etc., not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil including trimming sides of foundations and forming bottom surface to required level, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, in soils, including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying 50 mm outside dia double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) of HDPE ISI Mark for enclosing cable below ground / road surface, to a required depth, including suitable size coplers for jointing of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm bore steel tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of bituminous road / floor for laying of pipe / cables not exceeding 30 cm wide and not exceeding 60 cm deep including refilling / with material and watering well ramming / compacting and making good with 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of rusted/corroded security light brackets made out of GI pipe 32mm dia 1.6 m long (Light grade) for inserting of light fitting, properly shaped, bended & fixed on the pole with MS flat iron by nuts, bolts & washers of suitable sizes including dismantling the old unserviceable existing brackets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 m long including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aliminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer and all internal surfaces and external surfaces in contact with concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old existing steel /concrete poles / struts any size after demolition of foundation removed from the work site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of stay assembly/struts/pole etc. (around the poles in pit), complete all as specified and as directed.
