Dismantling pucca brick or lime work including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l. (BCD-5.10.1)

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foudation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l. Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement complacted volume). Providing designation 75 B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.(BCD-5.6.3)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) :4 gradde stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (BCD-5.3.1.2)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand (zone-lll): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mmnominal size), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up plinth level. (BCD-5.3.9.1)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters butteresses, plinth and string courses etc (BCD-5.3.17.2)

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm. ,12mm & 16mm dia. bars as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of M.S. bars to work site , cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l(a) 10mm (TMT,Coil Fe 500) (BCD-5.5.5)

Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing, carriage of water with all leads and lifts as per building specification and direction of E/l.(BCD-5.7.11)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (II) 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern. (16.91.2 DSR 2021)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (RCD-8.13 )
