M&L for disconnecting power supply from HT OCB of capacity 11 KVA for repair works, complete servicing of the same through decarbonising, cleaning the isolating contacts, lubricating moving part, cleaning with CRC removing dust particles from bus bar chamber, spout gear mechanism and moving parts, checking proper operation of trolley all as directed and testing, and putting on load complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting LT supply and servicing of Air circuit breaker of capacity 630 to 1500 Amps and rating 1100 V by cleaning and de-carbonising the contacts point cleaning with CRC checking proper operating of moving parts repair to charge spring mechanism checking of AC supply, parts tightening all nuts and bolts of components, lubricating moving parts with petroleum jelly as directed including testing and keeping in on load complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance/servicing of existing transformer from 200 KVA to 1000KVA including following work/operations to the entre satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Opening of top plate after disconnection from HT/LT side. (b) Decaning of old transformer oil & keeping it for reuse after centrifusing to required dielectric strength as per IS schedules. (c) Checking maintenance of all internal parts as HT/LT coils of all places, HT bushing, internal electrical connections, tap changing gear box. (d) Internal cleaning of tank, cooling tubes free from sludge deposition. (e) Tightening of each bolts/nuts. (f) Refilling of oil after repairs / maintenance work. (g) Change of cork Gasket of top cover. (h) Tightening of core. (j) Assembly of complete transformer. (k) Taking meggar value by applying not less than 5000 Volts meggar on HT side and not more than LT side from 500 Volts meggar & recording results. (n) M & L for painting to transformer of any capacity from outside with one coat of synthetic enamel paint grey colour after cleaning and preparing the transformer surface.

Supplying, erection & Fixing in replacement, Steel Tubular Pole 410 SP-55 (11 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, bolts and washers all as specified in IS including the followings complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the starting points. (b) Providing PCC (1: 4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations up to ground level complete all as specified and directed. (c) Providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including necessary form work for plinth block/collar above GL complete all as specified and directed. (d) Providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (e) Painting of Poles with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminium paint before fixing and one coat of aluminium paint after fixing. M & L for Serving of OCB/VCB Including checking tracking, arcing, or thermal or physical damage, ensure that all contacts are clean, smooth, and in proper alignment, Clean all ceramic materials of loose dirt and examine for signs of moisture, make sure the assemblies are clean and dry complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement local remote switch for vacuum circuit Breaker as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, disconnecting, defective Ring main unit of capacity of 200 Amp, 11 KV for repair , opening up for inspection to assess the repairs required, and to carry out the repairs, opening of the unit, taking out compound and transformer oil, cleaning of oil tank, cable, boxes, repairs/ replacement of spares required including filling of new transformer oil and new HT compound, cleaning greasing and overhauling including taking out and replacement of unserviceable / worn out parts with new parts, fixing parts, re-assembling after repairs, bringing back to the location from where equipment was dismantled, fixing in original position, connecting, installation and testing on full load capacity and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule as S&F in replacement. These shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer. 2. Unit rates quoted by tenderers shall deem to include for, volts, washers, lugs, thimble, wires and petty items required for efficient and smooth functioning of the equipment without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for disconnecting burnt end or portion of cable removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals for 50 Sqmm 3½ core to 400 Sqmm of LT/HT cable to pole/LT panel/ main switch complete all as specified and directed.

Readjustment, cleaning of contact, greasing and testing of out door type air break switch 11 KV current rating up to 400 Amps including all materials required for alignment for AB switch in position and replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed. Note : Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for attending major break downs on HT/LT lines, UG cables including, replacement of insulators/conductors/cross arms & laying of temporary cables etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. items used shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule. 2. The contractor shall immediately attend break down on short notice as & when required with T&P and transport on receipt of information in required to breakdown on the direction of Engineer in charge. 3. If contractor fails to attending break down with in 2 Hour, a penalty of Rs 2000.00 shall be imposed on the contractor for every break down per Hour.

Repairs/maintenance of 11KV HT VCB Panel including bus coupler of any type, size and capacity complete including the following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Taking out 11KV HT VCB of 400/630/800 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT VCB trolley including opening the VCB & checking the quality of insulating. Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB connection to HT panel complete. (b) Taking out all types of relay from HT11KV VCB panel and cleaning the contact and adjust the contact. Calibration all type of relay i.e. master tripping relay, earth fault tripping relay, over current, over voltage relay, circuit supervision relay etc through relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per required load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/maintenance of bus bars inside HT 11 KV panels, by removing old burnt out insulation tapes and dust layers, cleaning with CRC/thinner and drying properly, Insulating the bus bars with HT 11 KV insulation tapes making arrangements for dust and vermin proof to the HT 11 KV panels at different locations complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement indicator LED lamp for RYB phases complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically & mechanically outdoor transformers of capacity 315 KVA to 630 KVA, lowering down/getting out from plinth carefully for repairing /making of plinth of transformer and re- connecting electrically and mechanically after repairing/making of plinth/Foundation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rates quoted shall deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges and materials for repairs of plinth/Foundation work.

Disconnecting electrically & mechanically indoor/outdoor transformers up to 250 KVA capacity, lowering down/getting out from plinth, 4/6 pole Structure carefully for prevent/stopping for leakage of transformer oil (at site/sub station) including opening of top cover, draining out transformer oil and other items and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re -use, including replacement of all unserviceable gasket, after repairing/stopping of oil leakage the same re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rates quoted shall deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transformer oil, T&P, gasket, opening/closing of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers etc.

M&L for dismantling carefully and complete overhauling of the HT side (primary winding/Secondary windings) of the transformer burnt out winding with copper winding wire of suitable gauge including turn ratio or to match the existing including refixing, connecting, testing and commissioning the transformer complete including carrying out all the tests after rewinding of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 61 here in before but LT coils with super enamelled copper wire strip/DPC of high quality duly matching with the existing gauge and impedance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L labour for alternative arrangement by hiring, transportation of transformer of capacity up to 250 KVA in place of unserviceable transformer on hire basis for 15 days including, installation, connecting and testing of transformer and return back after installation of repaired transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Repairing of transformer have to be completed within 15 days no extra cost will be paid toward hiring charges beyond 15 days . Moreover contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer. In case any fault /burning /peeling of painting and any other defects occurred in hired transformer the contractor shall have to made good himself from his own expenses. (ii) Contractor shall check the available infrastructure and to be sure regarding safety of hired transformer before installation . The rete quoted shall deemed to be include transportation cost, earthing lead etc. (iii) In case the defective transformer not repaired & installed on its site within the specified period of 15 days from the date of handing over to contractor, a panel recovery @ Rs 2000 /- per day shall be charged from his dues. During this period contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer . No extra cost beyond 15 days shall be paid to contractor on this account.

(b) M& L for transportation of repaired transformer to the original position (from where taken-down), disconnecting the alternative transformer, taking down the same, Re-installation of repaired indoor/outdoor transformer on 4/6 pole structure/plinth/inside sub station, connecting electrically and mechanically, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (c) The contractor shall give written warranty of two year from the certified date of completion for the repaired transformer. Note:- HT/LT leg coils and transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for cleaning of 4/6/8 pole structure /surrounding area of outdoor transformer manually without damaging any equipments, cable , removing of dusts/grass/herbs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out load balance distribution on LT side by checking the existing load on the feeder (3 phase, 4wire system) and accordingly shifting & connecting service cables to another phase conductor in accordance with balancing of Electric load complete all as specified and directed. Contractor shall submit reports before load balance and after load balance as per format given by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Male Contacts for air break switch contact complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Female Contacts for air break switch contact complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pipe earthing (PIP) comprising of GI pipe 80mm Dia (Heavy duty), 3 Mtr long, with one bag of BFC (50 Kg) as per IS 3043-1987 tubing filled with jelly earthing compound duly inserted in soil boring of 100mm bore filled with back filled compound including fibre chamber cover 1x1feet openable type complete all as specified and directed. Note : On testing after completion, if the earth resistance < 2 Ohms is not obtain earthing will be rejuvenated at no extra cost to department till the desired earth resistance shall obtain.

Multi-site data viewing within same interface without any physical cable connection of sites to SCADA room SCADA must be accessible over internet and must have adequate security with dual factor authentication with username/ password along with OTP on email. All device communication with Cloud based SCADA must be secured using TLS/SSL encryption. SCADA must not support non-secure connections. System must work without any need of static IP. No static IP will be provided for any location.

Controller shall be looped with RS485 Modbus RTU compatible DG AMF relay by using RS485 cable of Belden/ Lapp makes. Other necessary power cabling to power the controller is in the scope of this tender.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repair with system validation and subscription/ package from any 4G/3G/GPRS provider OEM for RTU Installed in DG set AMF panel complete all as specified and directed with following features:-

(a) 4G/ 3G/ 2G SIM cards for 5 years subscription.
