Construction of Ainlaghat Check Dam in Muribahal Block of Balangir District Under The scheme MATY 3.0 for the year 2025-26

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stony earth, gravel, moorum, etc. interspread with boulder up to 0.50 cum. size with lifts and delifts including trimming of slope and bed to design section, dressing and depositing the excavated materials away from work site within an initial lead of 1 km from the place of excavation including supplying and maintenance of equipments, haul roads and approach roads, T&P materials etc. all complete as per the approved design, drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation & plinth with excavated earth including watering & ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete M15 grade using 20mm and downgraded, crusher broken hard granite stone aggreagate of approved quality quarried,free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the designed specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrator and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plants, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and supervision charges including mobilization & demobilization of men & machinaries, T&P with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm and downgraded, crusher broken hard granite stone aggreagate of approved quality quarried,free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the designed specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrator and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials (excluding cost of M.S. rod, carriage and labour for cuttin, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod ) with all cost of tools and plants, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and supervision charges including mobilization & demobilization of men & machinaries, T&P with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & placing HYSD bars reinforcement and tying the grills as per approved design and specification placing in position including providing lapping where necessary and supplying of binding wire 18 to 20gauge with supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norms and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing rigid, smooth centring & shuttering for concrete works including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismentaling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delifts including supply of all labur, all taxes as per prevailing norms and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to all heights using hard granite stone of size 15cm - 30cm of approved quality,quarried, free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with smaill stone wedges including cost, conveyance, royalty to proper slope and level complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Minimum 1/6 volume will be deducted towards voids)

Supplying, Manufacturing & Fixing Embeded parts in concrete including anchoring and placing in specified positions including supply of all materials, Labour, T&P etc for manufacturing embedded parts as per design and fixing in position in proper alignment by welding rigidly to reinforcement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing Blockouts in concrete for fixing embedded parts in gate grooves and other embedments for dams and barrages etc. with wooden planks with cost of all materials labour charges, T & P etc complete including fixing anchor rods complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
