Earth work excavation in medium rock and dence medium rock not requiring blasting with a initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m including cost of labour, T&P, lead, lift etc., complete.

Earth work excavation in hard rock by wedging, chiselling and trimming to proper shape where blasting is prohibited with initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m including cost of labour, T&P, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing grip rod in hard rock using 25mm dia. RTS rod in 32mm dia drilled hole with cement slurry including cost of all materials, grouting of holes by cement slurry, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. (Excluding the cost of RTS rod)

PCC 1:3:6 for foundation using 40mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, head load, curing, etc., complete.

Providing Centering for sides using MS sheet including cost for strutting, supported by casurina props, cost of all materials, lead, lift, T&P etc complete.

Providing steel reinforcements to all R.C.C works as per the direction of Engineer, including cost of all materials, labour for cutting, bending, placing and typing in position, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

RCC 1:1.5:3 using 12mm to 20mm HBG metal for retaining wall including mixing charges with mixer machine, vibrating charges, cost of all labour, materials, T&P, lead, lift, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of reinforcement and centering charges etc.

R.R masonry of CM 1:5 for foundation including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, T&P, lead, lift, head load etc complete.

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 for revetment including all cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift, etc complete.

Flooring with cement mortar 1:5 of 20mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift, head load, etc., complete.

Providing weep holes using 50mm dia pipe for revetment including all cost of materials labour for cutting, scaffolding, lead, lift, etc complete.

Filling with Gravel in back side portion as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, tool & plants, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
