It shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) having overall width and laid width as specified and shall be fixed using hot dip galvanized, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetrations and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc. etc complete all as directed.

S&F of steel work in post, Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. as per Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A

M & L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.

S&F in repairs for false ceiling with Vinyl faced Arm-Gyp-FB, ceiling 600 x 600 x 7-8mm thick with washable metalized polyester foil backing with Vinyl covered edges, including supporting sections as per Manufacturers instruction of same make shall be of suitable size from same makes embossed on sections and level adjuster duly suspended by 2 mm dia GI wire fixed to roof at 600mm centre to centre as per manufacturer's instructions / specification and all as directed including taking down/ out existing.

S&F in repairs only false ceiling sheet with Vinyl faced Arm-Gyp-FB, ceiling 600 x 600 x 7-8mm thick with washable metalized polyester foil backing with Vinyl covered edges completely all as specified and all as directed including taking down/ out existing.

M&Lfor Demolition of exisitng water proofing treatment including backing coat and Providing Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and shall be carried out as specified below and directed including testing of water tighness after completion of water treatment works to entire satisfaction of GE :- (a) The plastered roof surface shall be thoroughly cleaned with wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection, washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive primer. (b) Bituminous oil base primer shall be applying on cleaned roof surface @ 0.30 Litres/Sq.m and the surface shall be allowed to dry. (c) APP polymer modified approved membrane 3 mm thick, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sq.m and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and shall be applied completely by torch application method. Each strip shall overlap the preceding one by at least 10 cm at the longitudinal edges and 15cm at the ends. (d) Finally, a two coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 litre/Sq.m shall be applied on the top of membrane surfaces. Note; The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer.

M&L 10 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:3) with WPC when the concrete is still green complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only).

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer.with 1mm thick wall care putty to make the surface in plumb line including stopping of nails holes, cracks etc, finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

Celaning the surface eith wire brush detecting sources of leakage and rekoving/taking down unsound treatment/ surface providing material and labour for carrying out non destructive water proofing treatment to sunken portion of slab, floor and walls of bath,WC,WHB and floor traps (Combined unit) by using contruction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting etc with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection PU plain all as manufaturers instruction etc, the PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 cps viscocity and shore hardness minimum 50 complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Pidilite or equivalent.

M&L for fixing the metalic packer for hydrophobic PU foam including making holes and sealer all as per manufaturers specification, the PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscocity and shore hardness minimum 50 complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Pidilite or equivalent. Note:- This item is catered only for material and labour by the metalic packer.

M&L for chemical cleaning of tile joints and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty cleaner preferably of M/s Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, curing,clening the surface etc as per saple done at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floor slab, and peripheral walls etc and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed. (a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Baths/ WCs/ Kitchen thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust etc. (b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ( Dr fixit, Pidicrete URP, Thermax CC or eqvt). (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with “Dr Fixit Bath seal Tape” and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout “Dr Fixit Bath seal Grout” Thermax CC or eqvt. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grounted in the same manner (d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating “Dr Fixit Bath seal Plus” or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely (e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply “Dr Fixit Bath seal Plus” or eqvt first coat and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing waterproof coating “Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K” Thermax CC or eqvt can be further applied right upto 2.1 m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely (f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD UPVC spout pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (including conreting). (g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF, Thermax CC etc.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 litres capacity, triple layered, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed to iron pipe, tank nipple and connected including dismantling water tanks and removing to store complete all as directed.

(b) Complaint related to plumbing works like repair/ refixing of Bib tap, Stop cock, Angle Cock, Connection pipes, waste pipes, Flush tank, Flush Pipe, Shower, PVC tank, Ball Valves, Towel Rail, WHB, EWC, waste coupling, Grating, Pillar tap etc by deploying plumber and mazdoor.

Note :- Schedule of Credit of Amount Rs. 67,172.00 shall be deducted from total amount.
