Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kind of soil, Disposal of 1 mtr from cutting edge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth using nallah stone in 1:6 mix :-

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level upto floor five level including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in 1:6 Mix

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with (1:1.5:3).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level (10MM Dia)

Centering & Shuttering incl. strutting ,propping etc. and removal of formwork for suspended floors,roofs,landing,balconies etc.

Centering & Shuttering incl. strutting ,propping etc. and removal of formwork for edges of slab and breakes in floor and walls under 20 cm wide.

Providing and Applying 15 mm thick Cement plaster in (1 cement: 4 fine sand) mix.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded and curing complete 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
