Installation, testing and commissioning (including loading/ unloading/ carriage from Divisional store to site) of 250 KVA, 11/0.433kV, 3-phase Distribution Transformers with Bimetallic Terminal Connectors Energy Level-2, (Copper wound, and with LV Cable Box having detachable Aluminium Gland plate. Transformer should have arrangement for vertical Take off, including integration with system by way of providing Clamps/Jumpers/necessary items required for commissioning (Transformer to be provided departmentally)

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of Gapless Surge Arrestor, 9 kV, 10 kA, Lighting Arrestor Set Heavy duty with Plymer Housing, Station type conforming to IEC-99-4 Capable of withstanding Maximum continuous operating voltages (M.C.O.V)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV 200 Amperes, Triple pole switches Gang Operated (G.O. Set) conforming: IS-2544, IS: 5340 (Part-III) and SS: 9921 (Part-I -V)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV Horn, Gap (fuse 3-phase 200A) as per Relevant IS.

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of G.I Channel Iron / Angle Iron /Flat of sizes including clamps and collars. (As per KPDCL approved drawing)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of S.T. poles 9.0 Meter long swaged Type conforming to ST 410 SP-33, IS: 2713 amended up-to date well finished and coated with black bituminous paint upto plant depth and Red-Oxide coated above ground level with earthing arrangement through bolt welded on pole, provided at height of 300mm above the planting depth which should be 1.5 mtr (SP 33). Top plate 3mm thick fully welded & bottom plate 35cm*35cm, 5mm thick fully welded.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of S.T. poles 8.0 Meter long swaged Type conforming to ST 410 SP-15, IS: 2713 amended up-to date well finished and coated with black bituminous paint upto plant depth and Red-Oxide coated above ground level with earthing arrangement through bolt welded on pole, provided at height of 300mm above the planting depth which should be 1.5 mtr (SP 15).
