Maintenance of Earthing System of 132KV Substation FCI old and Rejuvenation of Earth Pit by usage of Earth conductivity Enhancing Compound of existing Earth mat and Delta of TFs At Various Substations under ETD-I Gorakhpur

Carried out of resistance measurment at different point of copper plate from main structure up to copper main plate to ensure standard resistance of earthing system before and after maintenance of earthmat including providing of test report.

Opening the Raiser box cover and removing the nuts & bolts of fixing plate of auxiliary and main copper plate in Raiser box including all other associated works.

Cleaning of each jointing point of carthing plate with regmar paper and apply chemical spray to remove accumulated sludge to Improve/Enhance earth conductivity of earthing system and cleaning the raiser box to remove the dust, garbage etc including all other associated works.

Fixing the all joint point with fixing plate properelly with nuts & bolts after cleaning of joint point and earthing plate of raiser box including all other associated works.

Oening of all fixed joint point of earthing plate at structure/Equipments safely including all other associated works, taking shutdown if required.

Cleaning the all joint point with regmark/file and apply chemical spray to remove the accumulated sludge from joint point of earthing plate to Improve/Enhance earth conductivity of earthed point of structure/equipments including all other associated works.

Fixing the all joint point with fixing plate properelly with nuts & bolts after cleaning of joint point and earthing plate at structure/Equipments including all other associated works.

Excavation of soil for cleaning the earthing plate of (i) equipments/structure up to joint point of earthing and its back filling after cleaning of joint point of earthing.

Rejuvenation of existing T/F delta by excavation up to 600 to 700 mm arround its MS round bar making paste with BFC and pour around the round bar of transformer Delta earthing.

Providing & fixing the earthing backfilling compound powder at excavated point. (each bag 25 kg up total-28 bag) as per specification

Removing of jointing plate of earthing and cleaning the earthing plate and joint point of earthing with regmar/file and apply chemical spray to remove sludge from earthing plate/joint point including all other associatted works.

Fixing the all joint point with fixing plate properelly with nuts & bolts (iv) after cleaning of joint point and earthing plate including all other associated works.
