To qualify for this Tender, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, Satisfactorily completed (90% of the Contract Value), as prime contractor, at least one work such as Water supply/ UGD with oxidation pond or WSP/ Construction of IR/ Development of Lakes of value not less than INR.43.10 Crores
Earth work in both excavation and embankment (including de-silting) (combined quantities) totalling to -3,32,564 Cum, Providing PCC/RCC -8220 Cum, The Tenderer should have executed SEEC of DWT/VT/ CF/ submerged CF/ non-clog sewage pumping machineries with allied accessories not less than 450 HP or in combination in any one year, The Tenderer should have an agreement/ MoU with Original Manufacture (OM) of Geo-membrane or the consent letter from OM agency for supplying Geo membrane for this project shall be submitted.The certificate for establishing the Manufacturing Geomembrane of minimum quantity of 2,58,681 Sqm/ year shall be submitted. Submit Product Performance Test Certificate for Geo-membrane from BTRA/ TRI/CIPET or any other institute which has been recognized (NABL approved / accredited) for issuing certificate regarding suitability of the membrane for water storage
Availability by owning/hired (50:50) key and critical equipment for this work, Excavators-6 Nos, Tippers-10 Nos, Vibratory Roller- 2 Nos, Concrete mixer /Ajax-4 Nos
Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 16.81 Crores unconditional Credit line/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. If the Banker Certificate is conditional, then the Tender is liable for rejection. (In case of JV, Either partners of the JV / or Lead partner shall meet this qualification criteria.). Please refer Tender Data Sheet
To qualify for this Tender, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, Achieved in at least two financial year a Minimum Financial turnover of INR. 86.20 Crores in the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only). The Consolidated Annual Financial turnover certificate for the relevant financial years certified by Statutory Auditor along with UDIN number (also the audited financial statements for each of the financial years) to be submitted

DPR preparation & general requirement: a) Total station survey, investigations for soil charecterstics including trial pits. b) Preparation of design, detailed scheme report and drawings: cost of production of set of documents & drawings Design, construction documents and drawings: (i). Civil, pipeline and building works (ii). Mechanical plants (iii). Electrical plants (iv). Production of Progress Reports. c) Approval of QAP: Construction of Impounding Reservoir of minimum capacity 2603 ML with earthen embankment which includes providing Impervious blanket for entire tank bed, diversion drain, toe drain, toe wall, rock toe, filter drains, template & toe wall, upstream side lining for the bund, Hariyala for the bund slopes, fencing with GI Barbed wire with RCC pre cast poles and MS gates etc complete with all necessary arrangements complete with all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Technical Specifications for all the items)
Providing and laying HDPE virgin type geo membrane sheet for tank bed and slope etc complete with all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Technical Specifications for all the items)
Formation of minimum 3 Mtr width Bituminous road on top of earthen bund etc complete with all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Technical Specifications for all the items)
Supply, Erection, Electrification, Testing and Commissioning of 900 HP/ suitable HP DWT pumpset with allied accessories and other works at existing Jackwell at Halehalsaur village including providing surge protection valves, replacement of existing valves on existing RWRM etc complete with all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Technical Specifications for all the items)
Renovation of existing housing chamber cum pump house, footbridge at Naganur tank and providing and laying of 457mm dia of 5.6mm thick M.S. pipes of required length from existing line to proposed IR at Naganur Tank etc complete with all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Technical Specifications for all the items)
