TENDER FOR OUTSOURCING FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS IN OTA GAYA UNDER GE GAYA

Providing services for 'Mainatenace and operation of DG set 100 KVA installed at GC Mess by deploying one operator per shift in 02 shifts of 8 Hrs each shift (including Sundays & holidays) including first hand minor repair upto Rs 500/- quarterly and maintain surrounding areas neat and tidy complete all as specified and directed by EIC .

Providing services for 'Mainatenace and operation of DG set 25 KVA installed at Signal Centre by deploying one operator per shift in 03 shifts round the clock of 8 Hrs each shift (including Sundays & holidays) including first hand minor repair upto Rs 500/- quarterly and maintain surrounding areas neat and tidy complete all as specified and directed by EIC .

Providing services by deploying adequate numbers of manpower for regular operation and maintenance of 02 Nos centrifugal pump sets of capacity 20 HP each installed at Sports ground pump house in 03 shifts round the clock of 8 Hrs each shift (including Sundays & holidays) and deploying 01 skilled FGM per shift with all necessary tools & equipments as directed including first hand minor repair upto Rs 500/- quarterly such as fixing of gland, replacement of packings, repair of electric junction connection, painting of equipments etc and clean the area and to supply water to semi under ground sump to reservior to GD company for distribution water supplying of water at MH area inclding upper hill camp, MES office complex, ARO etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing services for 'Mainatenace and operation only of swimming pool comprising of any capacity , type and make of submersible / Monosub/ Centrifugal/ bleaching powder dozer/ alum dozer, soda ash dozer and chloronome plant with one operator in one shift of 08 hrs (including Sundays & holidays) complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note - (i) MIxing of Chemical like Soda Ash, Alum ferric, Cuso4 etc. required for operation of plant shall be done by the operator deployed by the Contractor. However Chemical as required for operation of plant shall be given by department without any charges at AGE storeyard located in Cantt area. (ii). The quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary T&P required for minor repair of suction sweeper and cleaning brushes, brooms etc

Providing services by deploying adequate numbers of manpower for regular operation and maintenance and distribution of water supplying of water from RCC main reservior of 2.5 lakh gallon capacity to Sports ground pump house, upper hill Camp, Family Qtrs OH tank, GC area, lower hill camp and Magzine etc in 03 shifts round the clock of 8 Hrs each shift (including Sundays & holidays) and deploying 01 skilled FGM per shift with all necessary tools & equipments as directed including first hand minor repair upto Rs 500/- quarterly such as fixing of gland, replacement of packings, repair of electric junction connection, painting of equipments etc and clean the area complete all as specified and directed.

Providing services by deploying adequate numbers of manpower for regular operation and maintenance of sewage pump house No 01 and 02 with one operator in one shift of 08 hrs from 0600hrs to 1400hrs by one skilled trademan (FGM) including operation of non clogging centrifugal pump set 02 Nos with control panel , 15 KVA DG set including first hand minor repair upto Rs 500/- quarterly all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
