Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Two coats.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Water thinnable cement primer.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification.

One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require:

Repairs to the existing Wooden doors/windows by removing and refixing the same after attending necessary repairs etc. with necessary screws, nails ,hinges etc including welding etc wherever required complete to make it working condition (Each door/window irrespective of size will be measured for payment. cost of Hinges, handles and other accessaries if any will be paid separately).

Polishing/rubbing of existing terrazo tile flooring with polishing machine. The polish is to be done for 3 or more coats for removing all the accumulated/absorbed dust, scales etc., for bringing to granolithic finish. The skirting and the corners to be polished with hand polish machine/stones etc. All the sludge and unwanted materials to be disposed to approved dumping place in the compound. All complete and as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire mesh to windows, clerestory windows & doors with T.W. plain beading 15x1mm and nails & screws complete.

Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.3 mm dia wire and 1.8mm aperture on both sides.

Cleaning of existing T- V or T-VI or special T-V staff quarter at all heights by removal of cob web, pigeon droppings, debris, unwanted, un serviceable abandoned material etc from all the rooms, dusting off walls,windows, doors ,cupboards etc, washing the flooring of all rooms with detergent,washing the flooring and dado of toilets and bath room with the acid etc.,making them into useable/liveable conditions complete etc for immediate occupation of quarter as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Each quarter cleaning is measured as one job.

Carting out of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled, excavated or waste materials by mechanical means,through private carrier including lifting, loading, transporting, unloading to municipal dumping ground beyond 50 m initial lead,or in any other compound as decided by the Engineer-in-charge, for all leads including all lifts involved.
