Providing and fitting of 0.5 mm thickness CGI sheet and fabricated structure with nut, bolts/hooks and washers. The shed must be provided with door of suitable width and height as per size of HC pump, for easy removal of pumping machinery for repairs and maintenance. The door should have heavy duty latch for locking arrangement. The shed must have provision for inlet of suction pipe and outlet of delivery pipes. The roof of shed must be inclined from one side to prevent water logging. Installation of HC pumps set inside the newly fabricated shed using crane. Modification in suction and delivery pipelines by providing, fitting, welding and laying of MS suction pipeline of 300 mm diameter) including fabrication and fitting of bend sand flanges of same dia from sump to pump and then providing and fitting of delivery pipe of 400mm dia from pump to existing delivery line. Providing and fitting of rubber gaskets between each MS flange joint. Fastening of each length of suction and delivery pipe with hexagonal nuts and hexagonal bolts. The job includes refilling of earth after laying of pipeline.
Complete painting of suction pipes, delivery pipes by way of rubbing / scratching the dirt / grease, painting with one coat of primer and two coats of standard quality paint.
Electrification of shed by providing and fitting of 2 nos 50 watt LED light inside the shed, 02 no led bulbs and two no socket point. Providing and fitting 1/1.5 mm2 copper cable for electric connections and all cables must be properly covered with PVC conduit and should not have any loose connections. Providing and fitting of 01 no DP on/off switch, 03 no on / off switches for light/socket point, switch board and bulb holder etc at LIS Jogwan.
Impregnation of 180 HP 3 phase induction motors (2 nos) with FASD starter at LIS Jogwan. The job involves disconnecting all electrical connections decoupling the motor from the pump, removing from the base plate. Dismantling the motor, extraction of the rotor and bearings. Cleaning of rotor and stator winding with petrol and chemical cleanser. Thereafter applying Dr. Beck. Compound on stator winding by spraying impregnation process and drying the same with hot air circulation process. Checking IR value of the winding with the help of megohmmeter. Repairing of the end covers at the driving end and the non- driving end of the motor.
Impregnation of 400 KVA voltage stabilizer at LIS Jogwan with replacement of stabilizer oil (420 ltr) with other allied works.
Restoration of 8 Cusec HC pumps and fitting the HC pumps in fabricated shed. Restoration of 300 mm dia foot valves and fitting the same with at new suction line. Providing/Fitting of 630-amp Main switch and also providing & fitting of 400 sq mm Aluminium cables (70 mtr)
Laying of 2 new RCC foundation blocks of size – 7ft length x 3ft width x 4.0 ft depth for leveling by way of making surface even for laying of new RCCfoundation blocks for pumping unit no. 01and 2. Fabrication of steel mesh out of 10 mm TMT bars members placed vertically and horizontally at equidistance of 6 inches. Placing of fabricated iron mesh in RCC foundation and leveling /aligning. The job also involves welding of 6 nos foundation bolts with the steel mesh as per the foundation block requirement not less than 2.5 feet in depth. The job involves laying of RCC foundation block by filling the concrete in the ratio of 1:1.5:3. Fabrication and grouting of 8 no. foundation bolts of size 3 ft in RCC foundation block. The job further involves laying of RCC foundation blocks of size 7 ft x 3 ft for pumping unit no. 01and 02 by filling the concrete in the ratio of 1:1.5:3.The size of the block above the ground level should be of original size and alignment in respect of suction and delivery pipes. The block shall be filled with rich mixture of concrete with using vibrator for compaction. The entire block as one unit is to be laid in such a way that it can damp all types of mechanical vibrations created by dynamic load of pumping unit without causing any defect to the pumping unit as well as to the block itself. Fixing of the base frames of both the units after leveling and fastening with foundation bolts. It further includes fastening of the suction and delivery pipes by providing and welding of the flanges, nuts, bolts and rubber sheets The Complete job includes Fabrication of steel mesh out of 10 mm TMT bars members placed vertically and horizontally, shuttering charges, charges for concrete mixture, vibrator charges andlabour charges of skilled as well as semi skilled labour , curing charges.
