Dismantling of Structures : Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Removal of Unsuitable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 m : Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

III WBM Grading 3 Using crushable screening such as moorum gravel for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Interlocking Pavement Block : Providing and laying Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement with M40 grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage. Including Edge block/ Edge restraints

Recycling pavement by cold milling of the existing bituminous layers, planing the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated materials to the extent of 30 percent of the required quantity, hauling and stockpiling the reclaimed materials near the centt.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification cl 503

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with a provision of spike at the bottom with Micro Prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT& H fixed to the road surface using the adhesive and the procedures recomanded by the manufacturs with three moinths replacement warrenty and free maintainance.
