MAINTENANCE/REPAIR OF STARTER PANELS PUMP-SETS OF VARIOUS CAPACITY ALONGWITH ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN SINGARSI UNDER AGE (I) AF SINGARSI

Dismantling of 3-ph induction motor of 100 HP (Make : Kirloskar) from multistage pump after disconnection of mechanical star/tyre coupling and unbolting from foundation base plate,disconnection of electric connection from terminal, loading/unloading the motor to vehicle and transportation of the motor from Singarsi (Air Force Station) to workshop (outside) for repair / replacement, open the motor and cutting the burnt winding and clean the rotor & stator with CTC or other cleaning agent and re-winding of stator winding with super enamelled copper wire of gauge and turn as per existing, insulating the leads with insulating tubes and varnishing the stator with good quality of insulating varnish and after that, heating the stator in heat chamber for continuous two days for better insulation resistance. Re-assembling the stator & rotor carefully after replacement of worn out bearings as per existing and again transportation of the motor through vehicle from workshop (outside) to Singarsi (Air Force Station) including loading/unloading the motor on its base frame, connection of motor with pump with star/tyre coupling and fixing to the base frame by bolts incl super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge / size / quality to match with the existing as comply with Indian Standard Specification. After checking up the alignment, testing of motor with megger for checking of insulation resistances, electric connection of motor to the control panel, testing on load for continous running for three hours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 01 here-in-before but capacity 40 HP induction motor complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar or equivalent make as specified.

All as per item No 01 here-in-before but capacity 30 HP induction motor complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar or equivalent make as specified.

Dismantling of 03/05 HP monoblock type motor with pump or induction motor (Make : Kirloskar) from foundation base plate after disconnection of electric connection and unbolting. Loading/unloading the motor with pump to vehicle and transportation of the motor with pump from Singarsi (Air Force Station) to workshop (outsite ) for repair / replacement, open the motor and cutting the burnt winding and clean the rotor & stator with CTC or other cleaning agent and re-winding of stator winding with super enamelled copper wire of gauge and turn as per existing, insulating the leads with insulating tubes and varnishing the stator with good quality of insulating varnish and after that, heating the stator in heat chamber for continuous two days for better insulation resistance including dismantling & re-assembling the pump impeller with housing, stainless steel shaft, bearing for smooth running, replacement of packing gaskets, shaft sleeve, neck ring etc, with necessary oiling and greassing and again transportation of the pump through vehicle from workshop (outside) to Singarsi (Air Force Station) including loading/unloading the motor on its base frame, fixing to the base frame by bolts incl super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge / size / quality to match with the existing as comply with Indian Standard Specification.. After checking up the alignment, testing of motor with megger for checking of insulation resistances, electric connection of motor to the control panel, testing on load for continous running for three hours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge only). Note: Price of Bearings (02 Nos.), Impeller, Bearing cap, cover NDE, Fan cover, external fan, gasket, gland, terminal box incl copper terminal plate, tie rod,delivery casing, etc. required during repair is deemed to be included in quoted price.

All as per item No 06 here-in-before but capacity 1HP/0.5HP monoblock type motor with pump complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves or equivalent make as specified.

Disconnecting the 100 HP mulitstage centrifugal pump from the motor after disconnection of mechanical star/tyre coupling, suction/discharge pipe line and unbolting from foundation base plate, loading/unloading the pump to vehicle and transportation of the pump from Singarsi (Air Force Station ) to workshop (Pakur/Nalhati/Dumka/kolkata etc) for repair/replacement/maintenance and including dismantling & re-assembling the pump impeller with housing, stainless steel shaft, bearing for smooth running, replacement of packing gaskets, shaft sleeve, neck ring etc, with necessary oiling and greassing and again transportation of the pump through vehicle from workshop (Pakur/Nalhati/Dumka/kolkata etc) to Singarsi (Air Force Station) after necessary repair/replacement/maintenance including coupling (iron) cutting / making the bore and fixing the unique rubber coupling as required thickness in the existing if required and loading/unloading the pump and re-coupling the pump with motor on base frame, after checking of the alignment with motor, testing, commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note 1: Spare parts of pump viz. ball bearing, stainless steel shaft, impeller+diffuser+ stage casing, sleeves, star coupler will be measured and paid separately as supply only if required. Note 2: Price of O-Ring for shaft sleeve, stage casing, diffuser & DEL CSG, suc & STG Casing, lock-nuts, key, washers, etc is deemed to be included in the quoted price.
