Supply, installation of Stalls with dimensions 10x12 feet and its multiples as per requirement, 20’x12’, 30’x12’. Each stall should have 19 MM Ply covered with white fancy / satin cloth including ceiling of the stall for fixing of hoardings and display material. Front portion top of each stall should be provided with 1 ft wide wooden plate / sheet (end to end) for fixing stall banner. Each stall should have two tables & three chairs. The tables need to be covered with white and clean cloth sheet without stains. The roofing of the stall should be water proof. Each stall should have high power LED lights 40 Watt (2 No. each) and 1 No. power plug with socket including wiring and allied accessories. The stall should be fully run on generator power backup in case of any power failures. The stalls are to be erected at main campus SKUAST-Kashmir.

Each Shamiyana should have high power LED lights 40 Watt (2No. each) and 1 No. power plug with socket including wiring and allied accessories with generator power backup in case of any power failures. The Shamiyanas are to be erected at main campus SKUAST-Kashmir No. of Shamiyanas= 10No. (+)

Note:-The rates quoted are inclusive of all carriages of materials (Mechanical/Manual) from source to site work and all extra charges complete in all respects. 2. The Financial Bids of only those bidders shall be opened who give demonstration of sample stalls and Shamiyanas for which no charges shall be paid. The bidder has to bear all the costs of own.
