The Tenderer should submit satisfactory work done certificate for having done Raising of Plantation, Raising Monsoon plantation, Maintenance of 1 to 10thyears olders plantations, Excavation of pit for planting, Raising of Seedlings and Maintenance of seedlings in Karnataka Forest Department issued by concerned Deputy Conservator Forests for value of 50% of the amount of estimate of work put to tender

Tenderer should produce registration certificate for having registered as a forest contractor for the year 2025-26

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 30% of the amount of contract / Estimate cost/ work cost in the from bank guarantee from any nationalized bank to be submitted

Income tax return of last three years

GST Registration certificate & last Three year GST Returns.

To qualify for award of this contract the tenderer in his name should have done in last three years i,e, (2022-23 to 2024-25) work amounting to 50% of the amount of work put to tender. The nature of work should be same nature for which tender is applied for. This needs to be certified by deputy conservator of Forests/ Joint director, Agriculture horticulture or any other competent authority
