NIT 21 of 2026-27 Civil Repairs

Providing and fixing of Gate posts of 12 feet length to be fabricated out of 150x150x5mm or equivalent MS Square/round Tubes. The job includes excavation of pits as per required dimension and embedding the pipe base into the pits and holding the same by providing and laying of cement concrete (1:1.5:3 grade) in the pits and filling the posts withn the same mix of cement concrete. The job also includes providing and fixing , P/F of MS base plate (8mm thick) of required dimension to the pipe and hold fasteners fabricated out of ISA 50x50x5mm to be embedded in the cement mortar. The job further includes providing and fitting of Hold fasts (male/female) to be fabricated out of MS Round, 30mm or as per site requirement.

Providing and fitting of Gate 20′ x 10′ or as per requirement to the alum shed. The gate be fabricated out of MS Sheet(1mm thick)of ISA 50x50x5mm/40x40x5mm/MS square rod 10mm & 12x12mm MS Square mesh wire & MS Strips 20feetx10 feet gate by way of Cutting,welding etc. The job includes P/F MS handles and locking arrangement.All tools & tackles for completion of the job shall be provided by the firm.

Modification to the two No. trusses of the Shed No. 02 by way of cutting/welding and providing/ fitting of new web member to be fabricated out of ISA 50X50X5mm or as per site requirement, gussetplates, bottom chord. All tools & tackles are included in the job.

Deduct on account of cost of old scrap. The actual weight of the scrap shall be arrived at the time of actual execution of the job and same shall be reflected in the workdone/ Completion of the job.
