Routine / Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of internal & external electrical installations at CATC Institute Area, Bamrauli on all week days including Saturday, Sunday and holidays round the clock as per detailed specification by providing skilled and unskilled manpower complete as required. ( Highly Skilled- 01no in Gen shift for 06 days in week ), (Skilled-02 no per shift (03 shift A,B,C) for all days in a week and Un Skilled-02 no per shift (03 shift A,B,C) for all days in a week)

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CATC INSTALLATIONS, DG, PUMPS SETS

Operation & maintenance of complete 33KV/433V sub station with 2 nos 1600 KVA indoor transformers, related LT & HT panels, power factor control panels, AMF&DG Sets along with battery chargers & accessories round the clock on all week days including saturdays, sundays & holidays by providing the skilled & unskilled man power, tools & tackles and attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per detail specifications enclosed. ( Skilled-01 no per shift (03 shift A,B,C) for all days in a week) un skilled -01 Nos per shift (03 shift A,B,C) for all days in a week)

Operation of submersible water pump on all week days including saturdays, sundays & holidays in general shift by providing the semi-skilled man power, tools & tackles and attending the minor break-down and preventive maintenance as per detail specifications enclosed.( Semi Skilled-01 no per (03 shift A,B,C) for all days in a week)

Operation and preventive maintenance of sewage pumps and fountains on all week days including saturdays, sundays & holidays in one shift by providing the semi-skilled man power, tools & tackles and attending the minor break-down and preventive maintenance as per detail specifications enclosed. ( Semi Skilled-01 no gen shift for all days in a week)

SH-II Preventive Maintenance Works

Complete overhauling & servicing of ABB make, 33 KV, Indoor type incoming / Outgoing vaccume circuit Breaker and connected accessories / switching controls at site by the authorised services centre / agent of the manufacture of including replacement of defective parts with the departmentally supplied spare parts and performance testing of VCB after servicing / maintenance for proper functioning, safety and submission of service / maintenance report in triplicate etc. complete as required.

Complete servicing, testing and calibration of following relays / IDMT relays of different makes & ratings by Primary / Secondary injection method at site including submission of service cum test report in triplicate.

Set of Two Over Current & One Earth Fault Relay Set

Primary injection test of IDMT relays set of different makes by injecting actal load current and measuring the current in secondary protection ckt & metering ckt and tripping on over load and/ earth fault at site including submission of test report in triplicate.

Complete overhauling and servicing of low volt different make Air Circuit Breakers of rating ranging from 800A to 2500A and connected accessories/switching controls at site by the authorised services centre / agent of the manufacture including measurement of Contact Resistance, Tripping and closing time before and after Servicing and performance testing after servicing/overhauling alongwith calibration and commissioning of the ACB, replacement of defective major parts with the departmentally supplied spare parts complete at site and submission of service/overhauling report in triplicate complete etc as reqd.

Supply of following spare parts for low volt GE make Air Circuit Breakers of rating ranging from 800A to 2500A.(items shall be executed as per actual requirements)

Filteration & dehydration of transformers, servo stablizer oil at site up to a level of 55 KV (RMS) dielectric strength for 33 KV/433V and 11 KV transformers, servo stabiliser installed at sub stations including submission of test reports before & after dehydration of oil etc as required.

Replacement of silica jel in breather of transformers installed at 33/11 KV Sub-Stations as and when required .

Toping up the transformer oil in conservator tank upto a required level with new treated transformer oil as and when required.

Rewinding of ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm dia sweep 240 volt 50 hz AC supply complete as reqd .

Rewinding of exhaust fan of 300 to 450mm dia sweep 240 volt 50 hz AC supply complete as reqd .

Rewinding of following capacity 415Volt 50 Hz AC supply monoblock pump motors longwith removing the burnt out copper coil, change of minor parts like keys bushes, thush plate, glands, machine work of shaft etc and transportation charges to and fro i/c less credit for burnt out copper coils etc as required.

Cleaning and painting of street light tubular pole of following height with 2 coats super quality aluminium paint including imbossing of AAI sysmble and numbering on the pole etc as required and as direction of Engg-In-Charge.

Letter writing on electrical panels/ board/ feeder pillar/ duct etc. in Hindi/English with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade , of letter height not less than 0.5 inch and upto 1.5 inch complete as reqd.

Servicing of Desert coolers installed at CATC including minor repairing, cleaning of tank oiling & greasing of accessories & replacement of defective PVC pipe, elbow, tee etc. complete job.

Providing and fixing of grass pad of suitable size of desert cooler installed at different locations in CATC,Allahabad

Rewinding of desert cooler fan kit/ Exhaust fan kit including dismantling and refixing the same properly complete as required

Replacement of desert cooler pump by new submersible cooler pump i/c connection etc. and taking back the old desert cooler pump complete as required.

Replacement of defective spares / parts of Geyser of different capacity installed at different location at CAT/CATC, Bamrauli, Allahabad by providing defective spares/parts & skilled / unskilled manpowers as per specifications and requirement.

Execution of misc. items on requirement basis covered under CPWD Schedule of Rates (Electrical) 2018 -GST shall be paid extra on DSR items ) (Note Total amount of this item is Rs 400000/-, It is percentage based item. For example if firm want to put as per DSR rate then quote 1.0 , if firm want 10 % above then put 1.1, if firm want quote 10 % below then put 0.9)
